Called and made an appointment through the owner for June 10, 2015 for pest control services. I was given a two hour window for them to show up and half an hour past the time they were to be here, they did not show up nor call and explain why. I tried to call and got a recording that the mail box was full, but I could text him. I did so and told them they had just lost a new customer. Very unprofessional way to do business.

David was great. He explained the process and future follow-ups, and was polite, quick, and clean throughout his visit.

His applications are 100% effective and I don't worry about the grandkids being out in the yard when he completes the job.

Friendly service and a good deal. Comes with free check up service. Will take time to see results but everything is good so far.

He was honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. highly recommend.

I contacted Eco Elite to schedule a termite inspection, and I never received a call back. Not the greatest customer service.

this deal was VERY misleading. angies deal said that i would save $65 on a 1 time exterminator visit for $20.00. i paid angies list $20, but when he was done he charged me $75 and said that angies list wasn't right, which made the total deal NO DEAL!!! i actually paid full price and $10 MORE than angies list quoted. the technician was very knowledgable and professional, but this wasn't a very good experience.

I noticed this past Tues night while mowing my lawn that we had a huge bee hive hanging off one of our trees in the back yard, I couldn't believe the size of it. Since this hive on the back yard tree is close to the neighborhood sidewalk where family's walk by everyday I wanted to take care of it as soon as possible so I called a well known Co. first thing the following morning yesterday. I told this Co. My issue and they said they'd send someone out to spray the whole hive and then it would eventually fall to the ground in other words kill them all. Not only that the $300 cost was outrageous so I proceeded to make another call and called EcoElite since they were highly rated. I spoke with Dave the owner and he gave me a approx cost which was much lower than the other Co. but said he wanted to take a look at it first and said he just happened to be coming my way for some other business he had that morning and said he'd be at my home in about 30 mins. Well he did show up like he said and took a look at the honey bees and said he did not want to kill them and that it'd be best to call a bee keeper or someone of that nature. He then remembered he knew someone and he called him and the beekeeper came out within the hour and brought a bee keeper box which is the best way I can explain it. We cut the limb and all the bees were flying around and some ended up on the grass area where the box was and since the bee keeper put a few drops of some kind of lemon scent they all started to go toward the box. This was really amazing to see, he then left the box for the rest of the day and when I got home I could see there was only a few left flying around. When the beekeeper came back he picked up the box and took it home. I really want to thank Dave for all he had done, instead of seeing dollar signs he spared these insects lives. After doing some research it's amazing to see just how important these little creatures are to us as humans beings and the tremendous health benefits that the honey provides. I'll use EcoElite for all my future pest control needs and I thank God I called Dave and I couldn't have asked for a better quicker scenario than what played out, Thanks,

When the painters discovered a nest of ants when replacing a windowsill, I searched Angie's List and called Eco Elite. The owner, David, arrived within an hour. He determined that we had wood ants, addressed the situation, told us what to do to decrease the chance of infestations in the future. David is friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. Should the need arise, we will use this company in the future.

I bought the deal 9 days ago. I have left a series of voicemails and emails requesting they get back to me to schedule, but they have not contacted me either way.

This has been a bad year for bugs, especially spiders. But David is very responsive and communicates well. I've had 2 treatments and one in-between treatment so far and am happy. They spray around the outside of the foundation, toss down a granular treatment around the foundation, and will spray the inside of your house if you need it. If I have a problem with something (ants last time) in between treatments, I just send a text to David and he gets someone out right away to retreat. When it's time for the next treatment, I get a text with the day he plans on coming and if I have any special requests (like coming inside the house) I let him know.

Took awhile to book initial service. Never heard from em again.

Initially I was unable to get ahold of the company but they did finally cintact me and offered a free service for taking so l8ng to follow up. Once scheduled they were very professional and did a very good job. Although I had tomwait l8nger than expected initially they made up for it everywhere else. I would recommend.
