Description of Work: Liquid spray inside along baseboards, under sinks, and fogged unfinished portion of attic for silver bugs. However, within about 2 weeks ants found their way into the house and were swarming the kitchen countertop and springtails were camping out on our sills. I called but unfortunately it was just before Father's Day weekend and I didn't get a response until Monday or Tuesday. However, once they contacted me David got someone out there within the hour, who sprayed a different spray inside the window seals, up into the cracks behind the kitchen cabinets where ants found their way in, tracked the ants and eliminated the trail, and resprayed outside along the house and deck. Good attitude, educated some along the way, and they were able to tell me about the chemicals they used and that they are pet and child safe. My in laws are now using them as well.

Description of Work: Quarterly pest control service. Being new to the area I went to Angie's List and found Eco Elite. Used the $65 coupon there and received prompt service. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service. I will call on Eco Elite again in the future.

Description of Work: Routine pest service but had a problem with a vole the previous day and he took extra time to "eradicate" the little pest. He also advised me on the "door to door pests" that had been in the area selling services.

Description of Work: We purchased the deal on Angie's list and then called the provider. On the provider's cell phone there was a voicemail stating that they were out of service until January. It did not specify a year. We left the provider a message and they did not call us back within 8 hours. Due to the urgent nature of needing the provider, we decided to contact someone else and to have our money refunded.
