Description of Work: They came and asked what needed attention, laid traps for the ones he had in his truck. He did need to come back a second time for the second round of traps. He was very professional, gave me his card and told me if I have any issues before there next treatment in three months, just call and they would come out free of charge.

Description of Work: It took a lot longer to get them to come out and do the job so I was a little frustrated with that but after he showed he did a very good job. He is very busy which is a good thing cause that let's me know everyone wants to use them.once he came out he was very nice and professional and haven't had any problems with bugs since.

They have an ecological friendly alternative. They come and go. I don't see a lot of insects, so I'm assuming it's going okay.

David is a very nice, professional young man. He uses an environmo entally safe product and I don't have to remove my dog and cat or myself when he treats the house. I recommend him highly and I wouldn't think of using anyone else for pest control. He does not use high pressure sales tactics like most of the pest control people who come to the door.
Description of Work: David Painter was here last year because I had carpenter ants. He was very thorough and the ants have not come back. I had used another company previously and the ants were back in a short time. That call was very inexpensive. I called David in March to do some preventative work because of the extraordinarily warm winter. I signed a maintenance contract for the entire year. He will do preventative spraying every 3 months. If I have any pests appear, he will treat for them at no charge.

When I call him he comes. They are extremely responsive. Whenever I call him, he is on his way. I have had only one person come. He is a nice guy. He is very friendly. I would continue to use them.
Description of Work: I use Eco Elite Pest Control for pest control. They will come today. They come quarterly. I have been with them since one year. They charge $75 every quarter and $150 for one time, for my rental property.
