They were slow in contacting me after I had paid for the service through Angies List. After several days, I called them to set up the appointment. They made one trip to determine what work needed to be done, and came in two days to complete the work. They were extremely professional and very informative. We would highly recommend them!

It worked out very well. We were very impressed with him and his work. He is coming back the end of this month to do a second application. We did have any problems with scheduling. We had a number of questions for him and he was very knowledgeable with his answers. We didn't have any problem at all.

Quick appointment time. Showed up ontime and was very courteous. I would use again.

He was great. I'm totally going to use them again. His customer service stands out. He was supposed to come out after work. His kids got sick so he called me as soon as he knew he wasn't going to be able to make it. He told me what was going on and rescheduled the time when it was for us. He was there right on time. He was speedy. He listened to our concerns because he was putting stuff down in our yard. I asked him what it was and would it affect our dog. He answered all of my questions and didn't care about the dogs, the kids, and whatever else was going on. He was very personable and just a nice guy.

Found dead bugs after they left and for several days.

They scheduled their visit at a time that was convenient for us, even though they were heavily booked at this time. They came on time and did a good job. They did a very thorough inspection and offered several suggestions to prevent future pest problems. Overall they did an excellent job.

We wanted to find a great service provider because we are looking for ongoing pest control provider. They did not show up for a scheduled appointment. I tried to contact multiple times and received no response.

Had our house sprayed for ants and spiders. We had to wait a few days because htey have been so busy lately. Our appointment was for 4pm, and it was 5pm when they showed up, but other than that we are pleased so far!

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. I did not have the Big Deal coupon with me and he said he would honor it. But then he charged me and I also had paid for the coupon so I was a little disappointed in that. So, now I have a coupon to use even though I paid him. I had told him the problems we were having so he gave me a full treatment; I was very pleased. He was very pleasant but I was disappointed in the miscommunication. He did quite a bit for $79.

They did good. The first time, I was a little bit disappointed with the service because I told him that we have ants coming in the kitchen from outside, from the deck, and I told him please spray on the deck, and well, he forgot to do it. He did not spray inside the house because we have a baby, so it will be enough to spray outside but he did not spray the deck. Within a couple of days, I saw a lot more ants so I called him up and he came again. He sprayed in the house and on the deck, so, the problem was fixed. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service.

We needed one extra follow-up to take care of the ant problem and Dave was very prompt in coming back to take care of the issue.

I called him a few days after I got the Big Deal, but we didn't hear from him for a week after we left a message with him initially. Still have not heard from him, and I am going to go in a different direction, I would not use them again.

They come twice a year unless I need them otherwise. They gave very superb service.

Eco-pest was responsive from the moment wemade the call. Esau did a great job. He evulated entry points, gave a list of corrections, and then set traps in the house and garage. Could not be more pleased.

I discovered what I had thought were termites in some wood that was in my garage. I called Eco Pest Control and they were out that day. Esau (owner and staff entomologist) explained to me in detail how and why termites work the way they do. He did a full inspection and thankfully we had the termites only in the garage area. Esau offered to spray locally or do the full coverage around the house. We felt his recommendation to spray around the whole house was the way to go (since our neighbors just spent about $10K on termite repairs to their home recently). Esau took great time and care to spray around the whole house and I felt we got our money worth for his service. I would recommend Esau and his company to anyone that is looking for great service and value.

I called him up or he reminds me every 6 months. Always punctual and sometimes early. Very thorough, and always checks everything. Charges the same rate no matter what the work is. Very diligent and attention to detail, very professional. 5 Star Rating.
