Description of Work: We had a new furnace and a/c installed by them several years ago. Since then we have used their service plan which provides for a spring and fall tune up. They always send a card reminding us to schedule. Service is professional, prompt, courteous and high quality. If we need them at another time they are also very responsive. No complaints from us!

They were out here that night, a Sunday night at 9pm and were to fix it for us. I was so impressed with their responsiveness and work done. They also put on the booties to keep everything clean.
Description of Work: Called them on a Sunday evening after our heat pump went out. It was under warranty.

Description of Work: A SUNDAY EVENING ABOUT 7:30 PM. WE FOUND THE HOUSE GETTING COLD. IT WAS BELOW FREEZING OUTSIDE, AFTER A FRENZIED CALL TO THEIR 24 HR NUMBER, THIS TECHNICIAN CALLED, AND SAID HE WAS AT HOME 50 MILES AWAY, BUT WAS ON HIS WAY, ARRIVED ABOUT 8:30 PM FOUND THE PROBLEM, CORRECTED IT, AND LEFT ABOUT 9:30 PM. LEAVING 2 VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

THE REP WHO WORKED WITH US (BRETT) WAS AWESOME! WE HAD BEEN ON THE WAITING LIST WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR WEEKS, AND THE COLD WEATHER WAS SETTING IN. BRETT CAME OVER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OUR CALL, HELPED US DETERMINE WHICH SYSTEM WOULD BE BEST FOR US, AND GOT US SCHEDULED FOR THE WORK WITHIN A FEW DAYS. NOW, SIX MONTHS LATER, WE'VE SEEN HUGE DROPS IN BOTH HEATING AND COOLING COSTS. BRETT WAS RIGHT. WE'LL PROBABLY SEE THE UNITS PAY FOR THEMSELVES WITHIN A FEW YEARS.
