They come out when they say they will, their dependable, and I don't have to be home when they're here. The lawn is starting to look much better.

Sometimes they show up sooner than they say they will, which throws me off. They also have a tendency to try to sell a lot of extra services, but the lawn is definitely improving.

They are great; I have been using them for a long time. They are very reasonably priced. If I find weeds in my lawn I can call them and they come back out and redo it at no expense; if anything gets killed they replace it. They are really efficient, good people.

They price was reasonable. The quality of service is excellent. Their responsiveness and punctuality are very good.

I was told to pay for the initial spraying and they would come back out. I ask them to contact me when they came back because I had issues with the bare spots and weeds in the yard. I have had their service for 6 yrs and have had the same recurring problems. When the service person came out (took 3 wks) he wasn't even sure why the bare spots were there. Poor training! These sprayers seem to only be trained in how to use equipment. For $300+ a yr. I'm not getting my moneys worth.

Not a fan. It felt very corporate. I received numerous telemarketing calls from them trying to sell me on extra, unnecessary services. The tech was not all bright and I really don't think he knew what he was doing - ie little to zero training. On the form I received after every service he would have the same exact comments every single time.

They did a good job on the yard, but they always tried to up seil me into services I didn't need. They are very professional and I will continue to use them in the future.

I stopped using Scotts Lawnservice Kansas City because they weren't doing the job. They weren't killing the weeds. So, I stopped using them. One time I was inside my house looking at them out the front window. They didn't know I was home. The man drove up and stuck the sign saying the lawn had been treated and then came up to the door and hung the envelope with the bill in it. That's when I stopped using their services.

The service was fine but I was not able to afford it, it became too expensive.

They know what they are doing and they do a great job.

They did a fine job and my grass is green. I have been happy with the service.

They have really kept the lawn looking nice. It does not get weeds. I have used other services over the years and they did not do as well.

I like that they call a couple days in advance to let us know when they are coming and it is usually a day or two before they arrive. We do not need to be home, but they do it as a courtesy. They will leave a flag near the door to show they were here. When they did do the lawn work and fertilizing and over seeding and aeration they did a superb job. They did everything but mow for us. Overall, I think they are reasonably priced for the job they do.

I have not been pleased the last few years with them and I will not be renewing.

We've been using them for two years, but this will be the last year. We have a nut grass (sedge) problem along with crab grass issues. The lawn was in bad shape 8 years ago when we moved in. We worked hard to try and get it looking better. When it was obvious our efforts weren't going as well as hoped, we tried TruGreen. We went along with all their recommended applications. Our neighbor used a different company. There is a dramatic difference between our lawn and our neighbors.' Their grass is green and weed-free. You tell exactly where our property line is, because that's where all the nut grass is growing like crazy. Crab grass improved a little, but we are still battling it in our flower gardens and landscaping. TruGreen will not spray in landscaped areas with flowers and such. (That's probably standard practice) They have been successful at getting rid of the dandelions. We complained. They would try spraying the problem areas again. It looked like it might be helping at first, but a month later it all seems to have come back with a vengeance. It takes them about 10 to 14 days to get someone out when extra spraying is needed. The bare areas under our trees have not improved.

It is a basic lawn service. He comes half a dozen times in a year to do different things like spray for bugs or spray for weeds. He comes as soon as I give him a call and tell him that there is something that has to be done. I don?t have any complaints. Initially I thought his prices were high but after checking around I realized that those were the prevailing rates. They are very responsive.

The workers at Trugreen don't have the best quality of products. My experiences with them have just been average. I have a problem with their responsiveness. Their punctuality is fairly good.

I had been using Sam s Lawn Service this year, but had noticed a large amount of weeds in my newly sodded yard. TruGreen took over their service at mid-summer and I quickly noticed the difference. The weeds immediately started dying and turning brown. Their cost per month remained the same as when I was with Sam s, but I don t know if it will be the same next year. I know that some of the other well-known lawn services charge more. I will definitely keep them for next year so I can see how well I like a full year s service.

They do come and take care of it. Sometimes it does not look like that they did not put any treatment down. They even did over seeding and aeration for my lawn. There are still some problems with weeds, though.

They are a good company. They are very reasonable in their prices. They are always prompt and show up on time. I haven't had any problem with them. The gentlemen who do the work are also very friendly.

After Scott's sprayed fertilizer & billed us - we paid the 1st then called the local office & after 3 or 4 calls get a hold of someone who who assist us in getting the charges removed since the work was not requested. After the grub control/fertilizer application since it was the 4th time they had done it they refused to remove the fertilizer charges. A very rude girl in the KC office told me that it was her call & she was not going to remove it. She said that the "code used" said the tech doing the application spoke to "The Mister" & she trusted him because he had been there for a long time; he had no reason to lie & we did since we were trying to get out of paying the $144. After calling an addition 8 times to reach the branch manager of the KC office (who NEVER returned our call) we went up the chain to the district office. Once again, we received no calls back until the 3rd call & the directors assistant called even then it was a mess. We will never use them again.

Seemed very expensive, 46$ per treatment, plus additional costs for bug/ grub control. Tried their service due to a coupon, and was at first impressed by their courteous service. The weeds did not go away however, and we still had grubs despite specific treatment to prevent them. Granted, we could have probably had them come out again and reservice. However, we were displeased by the continous phone calls for additional services. Also, we didn't have any notice when they were coming, but they would automatically deduct the money from our bank accounts without notice. We cancelled our service in July, however we are still recieving phone calls and mailings in September.

Total unresponsiveness to concerns and very rude and unhelpful customer service from two separate employees.

Technician was very good. Dressed nicely, performed work in a timely manner. He even cleaned up the driveway of all the soil cores after he was done. Will have them out again to continue lawn care. Price is my only issue as they are a bit more expensive than other companies in area (But you do get what you pay for).

Sadly, I have used them for about three years. My lawn looks worse than it did before they started, (and I spend lots of time working on the yard). I am constantly yanking weeds out of the yard. Also, I have less grass than when they started. I worked for years to get my lawn to a certain point and using them has set me back. They obviously do not spray next to my house or in a few other areas. When I called to complain they told me that their best person works on my yard. I am changing my service today.
