Description of Work: Seems to be a high turn-over of employees making continuity of the cleaning schedule difficult.

Description of Work: The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for almost 2 years. They do an outstanding job,always arrive on time, and are very professional.

Description of Work: The cleaning was pretty good. The rotation system works well but only if you use them all the time as it takes 4 cleanings to get through the detailed work of each rotation. So that means your house gets a detailed cleaning every two months if you use them every other week. The biggest problem was them not putting things back where they were found (i. e. Things on bathroom vanity were put back in different locations instead of where they were found, blinds were all twisted). We did have a few occasions where we had to call them back out as sometimes things were skipped. They cleaned only one floor of my house and even offered to make the bed (very thoughtful). However at some point, as the price goes up every year, it ceases to become a good value. After a few years of price increases I was spending more on this than I was on my electric bill.

Description of Work: They have a cleaning rotation system which is good. Team 6 does a wonderful, thorough job. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is....if you request that they clean something other than what is on the rotation, you must pay extra.

Description of Work: The Cleaning Authority cleans my house weekly. I hired them about a year ago, and they always do an excellent job. I have a very demanding job so I need a service that is dependable and does quality work. They have met all of my expectations and more....

Description of Work: The Cleaning Authority has a great system of rotation cleaning your house so that things are thoroughly cleaned every 2 months. Some teams are better than others. When I needed to switch days, they were accommodating in a timely manner. If you want something "extra" done, they will charge you, etc., sweeping basement or garage. When living in Ohio, my cleaning company did everything I asked for the same price. I am generally happy with their service.

Description of Work: I have hired The Cleaning Authority to come to clean our house once every other week. The charge is $98.00 per week to clean the kitchen, dining room, living room, finished basement, master bedroom, 1.5 baths and the nursery. They do a very nice job each week, even better than what I would do myself which is what I expect from a cleaning company! They forgot the dining room floor once, but they were quick to provide me with a refund. With the numerous cleanings they've done for me, that's a pretty good track record! I had one small issue where I had to notify them several times of where the key safe was located and the code to the key safe even though I had emailed this information several times. Other than that, they are very accommodating in every way. I have had to reschedule and sometimes I ask them to come at different times of the day due to my work schedule and my son's nap time, and they've always been very good about this. I like them better than other cleaning services I've used as well because they have 2-3 people come at a time and they're very quick.
