They performed the job as requested and did it well. It took longer than they anticipated but it was due to the irregular way they had to erect the fence. I have absolutely no problem with the finished product.

Other than waiting for my turn it went very well.

I called to tell them we accepted their bid, but I needed to speak to Roy about some specifics. I was told he'd call me back. That was two weeks ago. I called again Monday, June 4th, and left a voice mail for someone to please call me, as the recording left on my phone telling us when they were going to start had been erased. Today is Thursday, June 7th, and still no response. I will attempt to call them again today to tell them we've decided to go with someone else due to their poor (in our opinion) responsiveness.

We received an estimate promptly after calling. The bid was the lowest out of the three companies we contacted. Two men came out to dig the post holes, and they finished very quickly the first day. A couple of days later they came out to finish hanging the fence. It only took them a few hours to complete the job. We were very happy with the quality of work done. They were friendly and professional. We would definitely work with Roy and Son Fencing again.

From start to finish the experience was comfortable, professional, and competitive. Excellent job!

Chris (I think, not sure of name) came out and looked at my existing fencing. He examined the parts that were falling down in detail, and then provided an estimate. I delayed awhile before deciding to use him (getting other estimates). His was the most reasonable. We scheduled a day to come out, but on that day the weather was bad. They rescheduled for just a few days later, came out, and did the work as planned.

They did a good job. I thought their pricing was fair and their services were good. They came out and did the work just like they said they would. In terms of price, it was very reasonable and we used them. In terms of quality the thing still is standing and doing really good. I would use their services again in the future. It has been a while since we used them, but they were good.

We set up and appointment for an estimate. I got mixed up on the time and Roy waited for me with no complaint. He showed me examples of fencing and gave me an estimate. We had several delays because of building delays and weather, but Roy was in contact with our builder's foreman and me and as soon as possible his guys were here and had the fence installed. It looks great. They did a really good job.

Their quote was $2135. I looked them up online. It took them a week or so to come out here to give me a quote, but the guy who came out was very nice. We haven?t made up our mind yet as to who is going to do the work. He has been the cheapest out of the 3 bids I have gotten so far. He was a very nice and personable guy. I have nothing bad to say about them. It?s strange that they haven?t called back to follow up on their quote. I had another company come out yesterday and she specifically asked me if she should give me a call after two days if she didn?t hear from me. So, I think it?s odd that Roy & Son Fencing hasn?t followed up. I guess they are pretty busy. When he came, he called me and said that he was on another job. Then he was right there when he was supposed to be there. His professionalism was fine. They were not quick in coming out for the quote, but they did give us a bid. I am not going to call them again for another quote.

We had an old fence that was crooked and on our neighbors property in places. I wanted to make sure that the new fence was straight and completely on our property. Roy and Sons came and tore out the old fence on one day and installed the new one the next. It was perfect! We have 400ft of fence, so I didn't think it would go this fast and smoothly, but it did. We were so happy with Roy and Sons, that when it came to replacing our deck, we didn't even bother calling anyone else. And yes our new deck is perfect also.

They came out and worked so hard the whole day. They did a good job and never slacked off. They did a thorough job in their work and it looked very nice. I was extremely pleased. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent! They were timely in arrival, made a detailed design plan, told me some options and suggestions. The work was done promptly, neatly, and with quality. I even had a last minute change that they were able to accommodate better than I had hoped. There were a few odd angles to work around and it came out better than I envisioned.
