ROY & SON FENCING

They were great. It was really attractive and they did a great job. They were really good, they were thorough, did a good job, good clean up and good everything. They were very open.

We had significant damages to our fence after a break in. Part of the fence was cut and knocked down, the barb wire ripped down and a secondary hole was cut in another corner. We called Roy and he came out within a few hours to give us an estimate and the next day had the fence repaired. It took no time at all. He was incredibly responsive and the workmanship was quality. Price was very reasonable as well.

They were good. They were as expected. They were hardworking, they got the job done and they showed up when they were supposed to. They actually did off a lot more than they could chew and they just went ahead with the job.

Roy and his team built a deck and fence that has completely changed my backyard, they were all very professional and on time and Roy really worked with me to make it exactly what I wanted. He also agreed to cut out some of the concrete driveway pad to help keep costs down. It's a 16x19 deck and a 4 ft fence. I would highly recommend Roy and his company.

They completed the job in a much faster time than initially anticipated. It is absolutely perfect and wonderful. I feel more secure.

Called and setup an appointment. They were busy so it took about 2 weeks before Roy could come by. He arrived during the window promised. He is a nice guy and gave some great suggestions on our back fence. I had him write up a bid for our 2 gates which is the reason I called, but then had him write a separate bid on our back fence. I had one other bid and Roy was a little cheaper on the gates and the company had received great reviews through Angie's List - so went with them. Once I signed the contract and emailed to the office, it took a few weeks before my appointment was setup. The guys showed up on site and performed the work and the gates look great. I didn't end up having the back fence replaced at this time, but would definitely use Roy and Sons when ready.

Chris came out to give us a bid, he gave me the option to save some money by removing the old chain link fence myself. He is great to work with and answered all my questions. I needed to fix part of my neighbors fence and Chris took care of that with ease. The crew got right to work as soon as they got out of their trucks. The fence looks great and we are very happy with it. We would definitely use them again for our fencing needs.

Their quote was in line with what we expected to pay. They informed us when they would be here, they were punctual and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

It took them nearly a month to come out, but they were upfront about this. Furthermore, the salesman was on time and knowledgeable. Ultimately, I found the price to be much too high, and he kept trying to upsell and wasn't the friendliest. For these reasons, I decided not to use them for the job.

Roy is very nice and laid back. Explained what he was going to do. Showed up when he said he would. We had him give us a couple different options of fence colors and where he would put new posts.

Roy came out to do an estimate in a busy time, working us in early in the morning. We had a 730 am appt, and he was even early! Jason and team came out to do the job itself. They made quick, good work of the project. They set posts day one and installed all the pickets day 2. They were very professional, good natured and answered all of our questions. It is hard to find good contractors, and we are very pleased to recommend this company fully based on our experience.

Had the fence up quickly from the start of working on it and checked their work before the job was done. They were very speedy, cleaned up well and the price was right. Great service!!!

we have not done it yet because my daughter is still making up her mind. but the neighbors look awesome for years much better than everyone else .

We have a very large backyard and extremely steep. They made the top of the fence look absolutely even all the way around. They installed 3 differnet type/style gate's and 2 different style's of fencing. Look's mega awesome. The guy's really worked thier rear's off with having to climb up and down the super steep grade of the entire yard. Kudo's to them for hanging in there to complete the job quickly and perfectly!

When we moved in to our home it was fenced on only three sides. With dogs we wanted the fence completed so I called around and hired Roy and Son's. The secretary was very nice and professional on the phone. Someone got right back with me and we scheduled an appointment for them to come out. They were prompt on their appointment and very courteous. I was given a written estimate and I hired them to do the job. Since it was winter we had to wait for the snow to clear and they stayed in touch by phone to let us know we were first to be scheduled as soon as the weather broke. We finally had some decent weather in the end of February and they came out. The job was finished in one afternoon and it looks great. They even put a gate exactly where we wanted it. The workmanship is great and the guys who installed cleaned up everything and were very pleasant. I would definitely hire them again.

I found out where the fence was it was the neighbor's responsibility. They did a lot of fencing in the area. I liked the quality of work that I saw.

It was wonderful. They did a great job. They came out in two days, put the posts in the first day and then finished up the second day. We did have an issue with one of our gates not fitting and they did come out and they put an extra post on to make it right, now it's working great and I've had no issues. There was no pressure sales. He came out and did his measurements and then let us decide if we wanted to go with him or not. His employees that came out who actually did the work were very nice. They were on time and there were no issues with that. The only thing was we had to wait a little bit because apparently they were very busy and we had to wait for them to be available to do our fence, that's probably a sign of good business, that we have to wait for them to be available.

They were good but I decided to wait until spring before I have the fence done.

Roy came to give me an estimate on the work the day after I called. I was given a 2-hour window at the end of the day during which he would come. His office called to confirm the appointment on the afternoon it was scheduled. Despite this, at 10 minutes before the end of the window, I called the office since no one had arrived yet. Roy answered and said he was on his way and arrived shortly after 5 pm. He provided a written estimate at the visit, but I discovered potential hidden charges (e.g., haul off of old fence, additional digging charges for adverse digging conditions) as we discussed it. When I asked about getting the city permit for the fence, he then acknowledged it was needed and that I would have to get it myself. I saw this later at the bottom of the estimate. He patiently answered all of my questions satisfactorily, but did not offer any suggestions (without being asked) to ensure I would be well-pleased with the results. His prices were slightly less than the company I decided to use, but their price included haul-off, etc. I did not use this company due to the many potential hidden charges.

Everything was good except there was another company that came in that was a little better priced and because of that price, it was better to go with them. My interaction with them was fine.The woman who came out was knowledgeable, patient, good to work with, and professional. If the other one hadn't come in at a better price, I wouldn't have hesitated a moment to have them do the work. Their estimated price was a little high.

I was not there when the work was done, we were out of town on vacation, but when I returned and inspected the job the work was as I would have expected it to be. The new gates looked great and were operational and the repair to the back fence was only noticeable because the chain link was newer. They did a very nice job
