I did go in there several months ago looking for kitchen counter tops. I was more interested in quartz but they seemed more interested in selling me the marble they had on hand. I did later go back and have them bid on a couple of types of quartz but the bid was high. I bought my counter top somewhere else. I went back in this summer looking for stone veneer to use on a fire place. The salesman may not have worked there long because he pointed to a stone back splash and said that's what they had in stone. While I was looking around he came up and said he might have something under the table at the back end of the store. We walked back there and he started looking under the table but on the wall to my right was several stone veneers. He seem surprised they were there. I can't recommend them and I wouldn't go back.

They were very good. The cost was reasonable. The quality was very good. Mona the lady that helped in the color selection and product was excellent. She went above and beyond for her customers. We had a very good experience and we would definitely recommend them.

I would definitely hire them again. The designer we worked with was great and helpful and we love it as much today as when did when we installed it. They are high, but the work only needed done once and quality was excellent.

Yes we would use them again and we have since ordered slate flooring for a guest bath. The service was great.

The service turned out really good. We initially contracted them to do a bathroom and it was more complicating than it appeared as the floor would not support the product and they redid the floors as well. They offered a 1/2 price discount on remodeling our kitchen at the same time and we opted to do that. They did the design on both and they both give you the wow factor. They did a really good job with the work and we were very happy with the service. Everyone that comes to my home comments on the bathroom and kitchen. The granite in the kitchen is a beautiful piece and they let me pick out what I wanted at their warehouse. The granite that we got was the most expensive that they offered and the tile was on the high side as well. The designer showed me the product that I just loved. The tile in the bathroom has two levels of listells. They have had good follow up as well as I needed them to touch of one thing that was of my choice and they came back after the initial installation. I would use them again and I plan on using them for a backsplash renovation in my kitchen.

All of the guys who worked here were very respectful of my property, cleaned up their messes, and did an excellent job overall.

It turned out great. They went to our lake house which is about an hour and half away and they showed up on time. They did an excellent job. If I ever build I would use them again for another project. They were professional to work with.

Some of workers were good; but Sales lady and one other were not. Cabinet removers and granite counter installers were Excellent. First tile-backsplash were aweful - rating F-Lousy; 2nd backsplash tile installers was excellent. Everyone was nice and courtesous, except sales lady (when there were issues when the tile back-splash guy didn't have instructions from sales.

The representative was nice. The showroom was nice nice as they have a lot of samples. We went with a different company due to pricing. They were very professional.

They picked out everything including the grout color and the countertops and backsplash. We ended up not selling and we really like the work. They chose between a lot of products and they did a great job in the choices that they made.

This was for a 5 ft. long piece and we had the edges beveled. We had them do the installation as well and the installers that came out were very nice, friendly, and helpful to work with. The cost was way more than the company that we went with and the other estimates that we got as well. The quality of the work was not as good as we saw seems that did not match up at all in the showroom. They would not let us have names of customers so we could see sample work. They wanted three times as long to do the install, compared to the service provider that we went with. This did not even include the time to do the backsplash. They were courteous and professional.

They did a good job considering the concrete floor was not exactly level. They came back as scheduled to finish once the under floor heating was hooked up by electrician. I think they could have cleaned up a little bit better when they were done but they didn't exactly leave a big mess, just didn't pick up their trash or clean the floor.

Product selection assistance and job pricing was very competitive -- they made it easy to do business with them. Midland has installation staff -- team for the most part was very professional; a few items noted were corrected immediately and additional services were recommended to improve installation to ensure highest quality look and fee. All in all very satisfied. Unfortunately our sales person left the company shortly after our job was complete and the Overland Park store was shut down, so not sure if we would use their team again.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new granite counter top for our kitchen. It's beautiful, and everyone involved was very professional, clean and courteous. Appointments were kept, as promised, and the tear-out and installation crew always called just before they showed up, to touch base and let us know they were on their way. Our kitchen has a tricky bread box thing that's part of the cabinetry, in the corner, and I wasn't sure how they'd work around it, but they came up with a good solution, and went the extra mile to make sure the counter top went in right. The guy who installed our back-splash really had his work cut out for him because we wanted a decorative strip of tile running through the middle, and all the tiles laid at a 45 degree angle. He had to do a lot of cutting and fitting, and stayed late to see the job through. I overheard him call his wife to explain he wasn't going to be home for dinner, and felt bad for him, but you'd never know, by his demeanor, that he had changed his plans to accommodate us. Beyond that, we had one small issue with a flaw in the sink drain. The finish (black) pealed off, and I called MMG about it. They delivered a replacement the very next day - no questions asked. Overall, it was a great experience, and my wife and I would highly recommend Midland Marble to anyone.
