2 person team arrived at stated time & completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up nicely before departing.

They were very responsive in getting us an estimate and giving us suggestions. They arrived as scheduled to measure and again for removal and installation. The counter looks great and we are very happy.

It was great. They did a really nice job. They did a terrific job, it all came together and they made sure everything was right.

It was a large area. I think the price was reasonable. I had a problem with the quality, but they came out and re-fixed it.

It went fairly well. The measure on the island was wrong and the top was too large. They were able to cut it down and match the edge finish. However, in doing this, they left a sticky paste on the island base which our cabinet guy charged us to remove. Midland Marble was very good about it and reduced the price by that amount.

Great job, professional installers very in tune with our needs

We updated our kitchen with granite counter tops and compatible back splash. After researching Angie's List and receiving estimates, we used Midland Marble and Granite. Janelle Hudgens assisted us in several ways and then scheduled a time convenient for us. The entire process was completed in 4 days. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and professionalism. They arrived exactly on time, performed the work and consulted us during the process to verify what we wanted, and then cleaned their work area each day when finished. Their price was over $1500 less than the big box store. The finished products were amazing and exactly as promised.

It didn't. They never did their part by showing me product or providing a pricr.

I never let them do the job because of the way they advertised and did business.

The salesman was very professional and helpful. The sample slabs were in the showroom and we went to were the actual slap was and picked the exact cutout. They weren't the lowest price but they were what we were looking for. A great job on time. It was a great experience and we enjoy the look in our house.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. The prices are a little more than what you might pay at a "discount" Granite shop, but the service by and far made up for it! The day we went shopping for our Granite (after looking at several other places), we found the style we wanted. We were told on the spot, that our style was on order and would be 3 weeks out. We were in no hurry, so that did not matter. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the granite came in just 10 days later! I was able to go out and approve the slab, and installation was set up for just a few days later. The installation crew was efficient, clean and very friendly -- they even fixed a mistake, that my husband made, on our center island! The day after the counter install, the plumbing was installed and ready to go. My kitchen looks beautiful!

They did a beautiful job. They were very helpful and patient when I was looking at different options and showing me all the different possibilities. They even had a large selection of tile that could be selected free of charge with the only fee for the labor.

Every thing went very well. All facets of the project went as planned, with no glitches encountered. We did not do any shopping on the price, because Midland was highly recommended by some friends. We were impressed with Midland, and they had a granite slab on site that readily filled our desires. Therefore, we did not do any more looking, as every thing felt right with Midland. All of the workmen were conscientious, knowlegable, and always cleaned up the area when they were done with there portion of the project. Overall, it was a good experience, considering that our kitchen was basically out of commission for 6 days. ,

We had a good experience with them, but we had a little bit of an issue with the sink. Their prices are pretty reasonable. The workers that came were really friendly and courteous. They were really careful to keep things cleaned up and off our wood floors and not to damage anything. They were really good about working with us with any issues that came up.

Very helpful and patient as we made 2-3 trips to their location.

I was told the granite did not need to be sealed. Since that time, the color has dulled(granted we did choose a lighter color). The color remains bright in the areas used for storage but not so where food is prepared. I did call the company and a tech came out in response to my concern. He could not see any issue(I felt he thought I was imagining it)and told me I should clean it periodically with Windex then charged me $175.00 for the service call. No,I would not use them or recommend them.

They did the work in January and then they called in February to double check the work they did. They were helpful from the minute we walked into the store. They allowed seeking books to compare with our woodwork and what we had in our house already. Then I ended up getting second time to get the book back on time and they were very understanding about that. The guy who came out, measured, did the estimate was here when he said he was going to be, did the job and he was gone. Then he called the next day and we had our estimate. Then we went in and made our down payment and got up the schedule and it took about ten days for them to get the material. Actually we had the deadline by January 22nd as we had someone to do our hardwood floor and we needed to have the vinyl down before they started the hardwood floor. So they did everything to get here on time. So they came here January 17th and the people were going to be late, so they called us to let us know that they were going to be late which is appreciated. They came in and they did the job and they were gone. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was just neat. It was a fantastic experience. We didn’t compare the price with whole lot as we found what we wanted and that was it.

Installation went very well. The two guys who did the install were professional and very friendly. They were very diligent in their work and actually made a couple suggestions that improved on our original idea.

They did a very good job; were responsive to any issues we brought up; the work was done in a timely fashion and done well. Would recommend them and use again.

These folks are great! Everything went perfectly. They showed up on time and did everything exactly as promised. We had a lot of projects going at the same time and much of it was contingent on their promptness and they delivered. There were several steps involved from measuring, tear out, plumbing, and installation. Each worker was polite and careful to explain what they were doing and cleaned up nicely before they left. We will definitely call them first on any future projects. We love the granite counter tops! The product is very nice even though we chose one of the less expensive slabs. Everyone who has seen them has commented on how beautiful they are.

For the professionalism, I gave an A because of the workmen. We were showed quality sinks in their showroom but they delivered cheaper items (sinks) to install and refused to adjust, etc. We returned them and bought acceptable items at Lowe's and paid to have them installed. We submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau. The company then reimbursed us for better quality sinks. We felt the salesman misrepresented the items and we were an elderly couple that was subject to the "bait and switch" in this job. We own a side by side duplex and we were doing both units so it was a substantial job. The workmen who did the actual work were very professional and the installation was excellent.

I did go in there several months ago looking for kitchen counter tops. I was more interested in quartz but they seemed more interested in selling me the marble they had on hand. I did later go back and have them bid on a couple of types of quartz but the bid was high. I bought my counter top somewhere else. I went back in this summer looking for stone veneer to use on a fire place. The salesman may not have worked there long because he pointed to a stone back splash and said that's what they had in stone. While I was looking around he came up and said he might have something under the table at the back end of the store. We walked back there and he started looking under the table but on the wall to my right was several stone veneers. He seem surprised they were there. I can't recommend them and I wouldn't go back.
