Description of Work: they did a full house inspection for a home we are in the process of purchasing. they were very knowledgeable and found a few items that really needed to be addressed by the current owner. so happy with the work they did.

Description of Work: Whole house inspection performed in the process of buying a house. The first house inspected identified too many issues that allowed us to step away from the purchase. The second house turned out great. Used Inspector Nick for both. Also referred a daughter to them and she was happy with the work they provided. Note: the cost of above included a separate sewage inspection of the line coming into the house.

My daughter informed me that we would need to let the buyer, when we have one, choose the home inspector. I called Nick and told him, being 83 I don't always do the right thing....He immediately cancelled my appointment, and refunded my money,.....I have 2 friends looking for homes to buy. I will surely pass along INSPECTOR NICK's name to them...Also I have a niece that sells real estate. I will give her the info and hope she will pass it along to her clients who need home inspections...Thank you Nick and Karey.....

Description of Work: Complete home inspection including termite and radon tests. Nick was extremely professional. He spent three hours explaining his process and all issues/repairs. He was thorough, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I learned so much and will endorse his company happily!

Description of Work: Complete home inspection + septic inspection. Very thorough. Received report immediately following the inspection. Nick contacted me personally regarding a minor 'glitch' in the process, but went out of his way to ensure I received what I paid for. Great group of people, including their scheduler who is very pleasant to deal with. I'll be back if I ever need these services again. I'll definitely refer them if the chance presents itself. Description of Work: Nick, showed up ahead of schedule and was working when I met him at the house. He explained all the steps, very detailed explanations, very thorough inspection. Very clear photos of problem areas, again with great detail to support his findings. Additionally, provides a free reinspection before closing if you or the seller has a contractor make any repairs, ensuring the job is done correctly. Nick, runs a first class operation and is very personable. Very satisfied home buyer and would recommend to all.
