Description of Work: The guys at CertaPro did a very nice job on the exterior painting job, and the house looks fantastic. They were very thorough, and took great care to make sure the job was done in accordance with the details outlined in the service contract. We provided them with a punch list of outstanding items, which has yet to be completed ... otherwise, their "responsiveness" rating would've been an "A".

+ 0 moreI didn't have time to do it myself. One of their guys came to the door one day and I had them do it. I didn't shop around. I was told that they don't do jobs under a certain price but they said it was not a problem to do this job. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I used CertaPro Painters to repaint my porch railing and fascia of the roof line. We had moved in a new house and the paint was flaking off the railing so they power washed to get everything off. They caulked around all the windows and doors on the front porch and the seams on the trim and siding. They scraped loose all the peeled paint. They primed and painted.

+ -1 moreI am so disappointed with this company's performance! We received a bid from the company representative, who made the job sound excellent. I was looking forward to a well-done, freshly painted entry to my home. Unfortunately, the two men who were hired to do the job were sloppy and careless. They took what they called "man breaks" and disappeared at one point. I had to ask them to fix roller marks that were visible. The prep work was sloppy as the spackle is visible under the paint. The worst of all is that they left paint drips up and down my carpeted stairs! I am so upset by this since I can't afford to replace my carpet. The job was not performed as promised and was messy and careless. I would definitely not hire this company again!

We were extremely pleased with the work, and decided to have them paint our rental property, with the same results. Dale kept in contact with us until both projects were complete. He addressed all concerns & needs, and was very professional. I would highly recommend the Lee's Summit franchise.
