Serviceman was running a bit late but called to confirm and did not leave me wobdering. Buddy was very professional and did excellent work over and beyond what I expected

We experienced really nice and helpful people and service. When something was overlooked, they came back out to make it right. One drain was still not working right, and my husband ended up fixing it simply by cleaning out a lot of junk from the drain. I don't know how they missed that one, but it was pretty minor.

Got EXACTLY what I expected and hoped for out of this service! I got a quote over the phone (for less than another company quoted), the appointment started on time (actually a bit early!), the service was completed in less time than I'd been told by the other company, and I was charged the exact amount of the quoted price. There is NOTHING I would change about this service company!!!!

We needed a repair on a Sunday. They were local and available. They arrived within a couple hours of our call. Performed a temporary fix so we could resume using our water and returned the next day to finish the repair. They were courteous and professional. Even the dog liked them! Price was very reasonable, especially since we needed service on a Sunday!

In an era of fake news, lying Congressmen, drug addiction and seemingly crime everywhere, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Cooter's Plumbing. They were well mannered, insightful, and honest . All of this for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again if plumbing services are needed.

I needed a new hot water heated installed. Gary Cooter called me immediately after I submitted my request in Home Advisor. He showed up the next day with a new water heater to install and removed the old one for us. Took less than 2 hrs total. Very pleased with the work. Will hire again for plumbing needs.

I don't know how you could recommend this contractor for anything. Failed the inspection three times and then still wasn't right.
