They came out fast for the estimate and were able to complete the work in a few days of the estimate. Which was great, since we were in a bit of a time crunch. I don't know how the price compares to others, but like I said time was the important factor here, and they did a good job.

They came out for drain cleaning, but they weren't able to remove the clog in the usual manner. They said they would have to go into the wall and replace pipes. The plumber told me that they would close up the wall and have an inspector check it and they would have a permit. When I called them back to confirm the appointment and the estimate, they told me the estimate was wrong, that they couldn't close up the wall, they would not have a permit, and the inspector was not even scheduled. They told me the plumber who had come out was misinformed and was no longer with the company and they wanted to send someone else out to redo the estimate because it was wrong. I had also prepaid $200 of the $638 estimate on my credit card, I asked them to refund my deposit and I would find someone else for the job. There was miscommunication between the plumber and the office, and it made me very nervous. The plumber also did not clean up his mess and was sloppy in his work.
