His team of guys did a good job of working hard through their time. They had to tear out ceiling and install all the plumbing and there were no leaks and the work took about 4.5 days. It was very good working with his team, nice folks and local.

Price was great and work was completed quickly. He cleaned up his mess before leaving. We are using him again to finish a bathroom in the basement. He did a good job.

Excellent responses from the company online, staff member arrived on time and quickly assessed, pulled and replaced the cartridge, 15 or 20 minutes from get to go. I was staggered when I received an "invoice" with no break down for $275.00. Given the overall simplicity and time involved, I was expecting to be charged less than half that. A service call, 15-20 minutes labor, even if charged for an hour minimum, and $20.00 part set me back $275.00 USD. They delivered as promised, felt like I was robbed on the cost. Would I use them again, maybe, maybe not.

We've been battling a sewer gas smell in our house for years, and could not get a diagnosis of the problem. My husband finally put a hose down the roof vent and determined there was a breach in our plumbing. Eric was the only plumber I spoke with who immediately said "Yes-I know how to find and solve that problem." He was able to get us onto his schedule quickly and arrived promptly that day. He did a smoke test to isolate the location of the breach and Chris removed drywall and found the problem - a pipe had broken loose from the main stack, leaving a gaping hole where sewer gas had been leaking. Chris repaired the breach that day, and returned later to re-set a toilet once the drywall repair and re-painting were complete. For the first time in YEARS, our house no longer has a sewer gas smell and I'm SO grateful to them for listening to us when we said we'd already eliminated every other possibility (dry drains, dirty traps, etc) and offered services (smoke test) that other plumbers did not. Cost was pricey, but worth it for my sanity. Also, the cost may have been reasonable, but I didn't have anything else to compare it to. I'd definitely call Craftsman Plumbing again! THANK YOU!

Eric came right out and quickly fixed it by installing new a new pipe and sink strainer. He was personable and professional. Would definitely hire him again - in fact I'm contacting him today about a sump pump issue!

Craftsman plumbing was very competitive on the pricing. Eric came right on time and did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Very professional and very nice to work with. I would recommend them highly and I will use them for future plumbing needs.

I called for an estimate and spoke with Eric. He scheduled an appointment to come out to my home the next evening at 5:30, which impressed me that he was willing to come out on such short notice and in the evening. Well, he was a no call, no show. I left him a message the following week, asking him to contact me about rescheduling the appointment. It took him about two weeks to return my call, then he promptly arrived the following work day as scheduled. He reeked of cigarette smoke, and seemed not too interested in the issues that I described needing work. He left after less than ten minutes and told me he would e-mail me an estimate that evening. The next day, I received an e-mail message that he was declining to give me the estimate, because his "schedule would not allow him to complete the work if awarded the project." I had explained to him that I was in need of a required third estimate so I could submit them for approval under the terms of a loan I am receiving. Now I am required to wait for another plumber to be able to secure my necessary 3rd bid. I would NOT recommend this plumber under any circumstances.

He responds very quickly and is very professional in his demeanor. He explains what needs to be done and why and does not try to "create" additional work. I have used Eric three times and will be using him in a few weeks when the countertops are finished for my cabinets and he will install the new faucet, garbage disposal water lines and drains in the kitchen and the new dishwasher. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have discovered a reliable and pleasant plumber.

Eric did a phenomenal job on replacing our hot water heater! He was courteous, prompt and very professional. It's a frustrating event to have your hot water heater go out, but Eric made it a less painful experience by getting me up and running again. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to get it installed and operational. I would definitely use Craftsman Plumbing in the future!!
