"Came out, had a look, very friendly, promised a bid - and nada. When I emailed Karen a couple of weeks later, she sent me an email back saying she had sent a proposal that I must not have received. She then said she would resend the proposal, but that it might take *a couple of hours* for it to arrive. I've only been using email for 30 years, so I'm not an expert, but I'm fairly certain it doesn't take a couple of hours to resend an email that is allegedly sitting in your sent items. Anyway, haven't heard back from her since. Don't recommend."
