M & G Stucco

Came out, had a look, very friendly, promised a bid - and nada. When I emailed Karen a couple of weeks later, she sent me an email back saying she had sent a proposal that I must not have received. She then said she would resend the proposal, but that it might take *a couple of hours* for it to arrive. I've only been using email for 30 years, so I'm not an expert, but I'm fairly certain it doesn't take a couple of hours to resend an email that is allegedly sitting in your sent items. Anyway, haven't heard back from her since. Don't recommend.

First of all, how do they have an A rating with two F's and a D out of seven ratings? I'm the only 2018 rating so she obviously is unconcerned. Karen sent someone out to look, but never gave me a bid. I could never get a call back until I called from a different number. Then it was instantaneous. I'm sure she was shocked it was me. She said she would e-mail me the bid that day. Needless to say, nothing showed up. Why couldn't she just say she wasn't interested, job was too hard or some kind of feedback.

When they finally arrived work was completed quickly & matched other stucco!

A nice young lady came out very promptly to my house to look at my stucco and take measurements with the idea of giving me a painting bid. That was on May 22, 2017. Today is June 19, and I have heard nothing. I sent her a message (Angieslist) asking if they were still interested (June 6) in the job but I have heard nothing. I assume they are not interested and have moved on.

These workers really know what they were doing and Karen, the manager, was excellent to deal with. The workers were truly artists with the stucco. I asked them to match the stucco style on the house and it was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

Called on Monday morning. Left voicemail. Karen returned call on Tuesday morning. She suggested an appointment that day but we were unavailable. We suggested the next day (Wednesday). She agreed and said someone would be at our house at noon to provide a quote. We waited for the person show up. No one ever showed and no one ever called again.

Karen was very responsive and efficient. She provided an estimate that was very reasonable price. The workers worked for 3 days and did a great job. They cleaned up after the project was done. The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend them.

It was a great experience. Karen returned my phone call right away and was able to come out the next day to look at our house. A few days later a crew came out and did the work. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
