Description of Work: The guy was nice enough, but it was a waste of time. We had him for extermination services. After 2 attempts and one no show, we still have the same problem as before the service. He openly admitted to skipping rooms and he provided limited feedback on what we should do. We really wanted to give a good review, but in the end the final no show made it not possible.

Description of Work: A big rip off- did not provide service and just took away $39 I paid.. First, he called me stating that he lives far from St Louis and only provide service every 3 month. I was flexible and agreed to service in October 2013. No calls..no follow- up and left many message- no return of call. Also complained to Angie's List list several time for a refund. Unfortunately, they did not bother to respond. They just wiped their hand since it is my problem. This is the difference between Angie's list and Groupon. Groupon and Amazon take care of any customer issues right away.

 + -1 moreThey came out and sprayed when I was at work. When I came home the mosquitoes were gone. Friendly customer service, although you might have to leave a message on the machine. She will call you back and will answer any questions.
Description of Work: I bought a Groupon for 20 dollars to have my yard sprayed for mosquitoes fleas spiders, etc. I usually have swarms of skeeters in my yard. Since he sprayed I have been skeeter bit only once. I'm usually covered in bites.
