We are going to use this company. The guy was good and he really tried to listen to what we wanted as far as look and feel. He arrived early but he didn’t inconvenience us by showing up before we were expecting him; he waited outside until it was time to come in. He gave us a written estimate which the other two companies did not. I like the fact that the first offer was very reasonable and he didn’t try to make us feel like he was taking off this and taking off that.

Design consultant recommended replacement of existing walls and windows with a glass wall system used by Patriot Sunrooms (Four Seasons). Estimated price was $15,822 for 304sf of wall area and removal of existing windows. Shortly after providing the estimate, design consultant called and offered to reduce the price by $500. We were just beginning to investigate options and informed him we would let him know once a decision was made. A couple of weeks later, a representative from Patriot called and asked to set up an appointment for a manager and potentially the design consultant to come out to the house and discuss some alternatives. Meeting was scheduled for 4/20 at 10am. I took time off work to return home for the discussion of the alternatives. When I arrived at 10:10am, the design consultant was driving away. It turns out, a manager was not coming out to discuss alternatives. The design consultant merely looked at one item and measured something, then wrote a new "sale price" on the worksheet to reduce the price another $707 (total reduction of $1,207) and then proceeded to ask my wife if we were ready to do it at that price. She informed the design consultant that she would have to discuss it with me. He then departed (just as I was pulling up to the house). I called Patriot Sunrooms to express my displeasure with the tactic used. The person who answer the phone was the same person who set up the appointment for 4/20.

Their professionalism stood out, as far as the workers go. They cleaned after themselves. The salespeople were informative and suggestive but not pushy. They were willing to accommodate my special needs.

I have used them many years ago and they did a fine job then. This time they quoted a high price. They gave 2-3 different discounts but they were still high. I felt that they were quoting me for something that was top of their line, which I did not want. I just wanted unheated glass door and windows but they did not understand my view.

Patriot was a little more expensive than some other companies we talked to, but they had a better reputation so we went with them.

The Patriot people wanted to please you and they wanted to do the job right or they wouldn't do it. Their men would call in to get permission to work extra even in inclement weather. They were outstanding, neat, cleaned up after themselves.

They were professional and clear in what they would do. They are going to give us some designs. We don t have bid yet.

Outstanding, the gentlemen designed a room, and gave some suggested. He keeps you very informed. There were many steps that needed to be completed in the process. They made a prediction time lines, if there some weather problems they would contact us immediately. They are very responsive, and very high workmen ship. Each labor that came out were all top of the line professionals. They are very respectful, of our time, and very clean. They amazed me by cleaning up every day.

It was an excellent experience, no problems at all.

Overall, I was happy with their work. We had some rough patches along the way, but they settled things fairly.

PATRIOT WOULD NOT COME OUT TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE UNLESS MY HUSBAND WAS PRESENT. I EXPLAINED THAT WITH HIS SCHEDULE, HE WAS UNABLE TO BE PRESENT, BUT THAT I HAVE TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAKING REMODELING DECISIONS. THEY CONTINUED TO REFUSE TO VISIT MY HOME FOR AN ESTIMATE UNLESS MY HUSBAND WOULD BE THERE. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS. I WAS OFFENDED AND ANGRY AND WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS.

THE CONCRETE WORK, AND ORIGINAL DRYWALL WORK WAS FARMED OUT, PATRIOT WAS SHORT OF DRYWALL PEOPLE THIS LAST SUMMER. THE CREW (MIKE AND RODNEY) THAT BUILT, AND INSTALLED THE NEW ROOM WERE EXCELLENT CRAFTSMEN. THEY WOULD ARRIVE EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND WORKED LATE INTO THE AFTERNOON. WE WERE ESPECIALLY PLEASED WITH THE HELP, AND COOPERATION WE RECEIVE FROM OUR SALES REP. PATRICK LABRIER, AND CINDY THE INSIDE PERSON WE WORKED WITH ON SCHEDULING THE WORK-CREWS. WE HAD SEVERAL ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE FINISHED AFTER THE INITIAL JOB WAS COMPLETED. A PUNCH LIST WAS WRITTEN UP, AND AGREED UPON BY ALL PARTIES. PAT LEWIS THE OWNER CAME OUT TO OUR HOME, AND REVIEWED WITH US WHAT WAS LEFT TO BE DONE. THEY HAVE COMPLETED MOST OF THE TOUCH-UP WORK AS OF TODAY OCTOBER 11TH, 2005. THE ORIGINAL WORK WAS STARTED IN MID-JULY.

THEY HAVE BEEN OUT HERE TWICE, WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FIRST BID STRUCTURE AND PROPOSAL, SO THEY ARE RE-BIDING THE PROJECT. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS REPRESENTATIVE. I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR ORIGINAL SALES CLOSE AND DOWN PAYMENT REQUIREMENT. I WILL REVIEW PATRIOT AGAIN AFTER THEIR SECOND PROPOSAL AND IF WE AWARD THEM THE JOB.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SO FAR IN PLANNING AND ESTIMATING.

WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS IN THE BEGINNING WITH THE FIRST CREW, BUT THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AND CAME BACK AND RE-DID THE WORK. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ABOUT DEALING WITH ANY ADDITIONAL ISSUES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I FELT PRESSURED TO DO THINGS RIGHT AWAY SO I CHANGED MY MIND. THEY WANTED 1/4 OF THE MONEY UP FRONT.

FROM THE BEGINNING, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE SALES REP KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WE FELT SECURE FROM THE BEGINNING ABOUT OUR DECISIONS. ROOM TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL, AS EXPECTED. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW IN WRAPPING UP LOOSE ENDS OF THE PROJECT.

I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
