We wish you would have let us know sooner so we can help correct anything we did wrong. We actually looked back in your ZerorezKC cleaning file [Member Name Removed] and our records show you have only used us once and that was on Nov. 26, 2016. No where in our accounts system do we see a cleaning for 2/20/17. Is it OK if we call you to discuss this further, we would love to hear about this second cleaning that we have no record of or we want to find out where our system went wrong on why we don't have record of this cleaning. They were extremely professional and went to work right away. I was amazed at how fast they worked and how good my carpets looked when they were done. The pet stains were gone and they gave me a bottle of cleaner in case of future accidents.

My service Tech was John. He called before heading to my house to confirm our appointment. John showed up on time and went right to work. He first explained everything in detail regarding the process. He performed the work and took his time to do an excellent job. I did have a very small high traffic area that was worn (carpet fibers are literally worn down).. he was able to lighten this area a lot actually ... but because the fibers are physically worn, not able to make it like new. I was actually very pleased with the result... and the overall result of the job John and this company does is excellent. An excellent value. John was exceptionally professional and courteous and you could tell he knew his stuff when it come to cleaning. The guy they sent to my house (John) is a credit to their company. He left me with a free bottle of cleaner also!

All rugs and the upholstery came out looking like new. The rug and upholstery on the porch was quite dirty and the rug has some stains. Very pleased with the results and will use ZerorezKC again at the beginning of the screen porch season.
