Windows look great! Provider was punctual and in and out quickly.

They did pretty good for the big deal service from Window Genie of Jackson County. The one thing that he didn't do initially was to check the deal carefully enough because he didn't bother cleaning the screens, we had to call him and ask him to come out and finish that. it turned out okay once he came out and did what he needed to do with the screens. The windows were fine but the screens were left dirty initially. I guess he did it in an hour and a half, he was pretty fast. I would recommend them to pay attention to what the deal purchase was by the customer to improve. If a friend or family member is looking to use their service, I would want them to know that he did a good job except like I said he didn't pay attention to what the deal was as far as that it included the screens. He responded right away to our call about the screens.

Phenomenal experience from the moment I bought this service through Angie?s List. Quick response was received for setting date my service and a courtesy call was received 30 minutes prior to reaching my house. Matt was extremely methodical in his preparations, but once his preliminary tasks were complete, he knocked out, sorry I mean cleaned all the windows, screens, and especially the filthy sills better than any other window cleaner I?ve contracted before. In addition, Matt displayed a wealth of professionalism and knowledge, he made sure that I was aware of 2 windows that have lost its seal. This was a welcomed observation especially when I have life-time guarantee for replacement on my windows. I?ll be waiting again for his deal on Angie?s list and will purchase immediately.

We purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning. Matt showed up right on time on the scheduled date. He did a fine job on the windows but struggled with changing out the batteries on a motorized blinds system. We have blinds covering floor to ceiling windows in the back of the house. The batteries need to be changed twice yearly and the motors are too high for me to reach. This is not one of the services he advertised but he agreed to do it for an additional $25. It turned out to be much more challenging than he thought and it took a lot more time than he had anticipated. After being back up on the ladder a few times, everything seemed to be working properly when he left but shortly thereafter one of the motors came out of position and now is not retracting properly, and two of the others have wires that are impeding the blinds from rolling and unrolling correctly. Bottom line, we have four blinds that were working properly when he arrived and one that is operating fine after his visit. We will have to now get someone else to take care of this, which is frustrating and unfortunate. I wouldn't use him again since this is something we need to have our window cleaner take care of.

Arrived on time, did a great job. Took about 3 hours.

Just had provider clean the outside of windows all around the house along with the screens. Since we have a raised ranch, it was second level for about half the windows. Job was done efficiently - good cleaning in not very much time.

Everything went great. The entire process was very professional and pleasant. I purchased a big deal back in October of last year. I called and scheduled an appointment in early March. When Matthew arrived he explained what he would be doing and had me inspect the property afterwards. He tried three different products on the side gutters but they were extremely dirty, probably because they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The gutters are cleaner and the home looks 100% better. It really sparkles. Would definitely use again and recommend the company to others.

I didn't get a chance to meet Matthew but he did a great job cleaning my gutters after 2 big oaks shed their leaves. I am very pleased and will definitely used Window Genie again. Maybe next time I will combine a gutter clean with a window cleaning as I read they do that as well.

The service went great. I paid them an extra fee to have them clean some extra windows. I felt like the additional fee was reasonable. One technician came out and completed the job in about 2-3 hours. He did a good job and was an efficient worker. He was pleasant to work with, unobtrusive and cleaned up after himself. I have no problem scheduling the deal and they came out as scheduled.

I have been with Angie's List since it's beginning in this area and over the years I've hired many, many companies from her list with various levels of success. The reason I've started this review this way is that The owner of this business, Matthew Johnson, is hands down, the BEST businessman I have dealt with! He is ambitious, courteous, thoughtful of your issues, honest, ethical and truly cares about doing a job above and beyond your expectations. After spending a half day watching him and talking with him he has everything one needs to go as far as he/she wants to in any business. I invited him over for dinner to celebrate his reaching the goals he has in place. I told him I'd bet anything he'll be well on his way if not actually there within the next two years. I retired 15 years ago from Sr VP of a major corporation and I would have hired him for an extremely responsible high level position in a heartbeat! By the way, Matthew is coming back this weekend to clean and seal my driveway. The weather is going to give us an opening that meets the criteria he needs to do the application for the lifetime warranty. I appreciate meeting Matthew and am grateful he has the winning attitude and work ethic he has. Also, that he is on Angie's List. Thanks to you too Angie!

Owner is polite, professional, and obsessive in a wonderful way about clean windows. I didn't think our windows needed cleaning but after seeing the difference (especially with garage windows that I can never get clean) I am ready to have them come twice a year.

They were here on time and got started right away. They did a great job. I highly recommend them and have already. When I did the walk around, they were great about coming back and hitting a couple of small spots that were initially missed. Great Job.

Pleased with the service. Windows hadn't been cleaned in years... so they did a good job considering the build-up, but there were a few windows that had residue remaining. Overall pleased, very nice guy- will hire them this spring to get it all :)
