Window Genie of Kansas City

Have been trying since April to get this work scheduled. Someone from Window Genie came and measured our windows and left samples of a variety of tints. An estimate for the work was sent to us about 2-3 weeks later. I called them to schedule to have the work completed at least three times. Have never received a return call. I'm assuming they didn't want the business and will be contacting another company.

The work was performed timely, professionally, and we were completely satisfied with the outcome.

Very well most windows were very clean. There were a couple of windows that I discovered later where the inside of storms were not done but other than that very good

Great, was able to accommodate a tight timeline and even worked past dark to make sure the job was complete.

Jamie, Julie & Sandy, after explaining the process, transformed my dirty, mildewy house to beatifully clean. Walking around my house afterwords, the whole area even smelled fresh. Jamie & crew were professional yet personable. He even threw in a driveway cleaning. Bottom line - give them a try.

We've had a good experience and they did a good job. I'm not sure if they could have done anything better, they cleaned our windows, they were very efficient, and fast, and was in and out. I would tell other that I recommend them highly. The quality was fine. They were late getting here, but they called.

It went great. The individual from Window Genie showed up on time, explained his system and went right to work. He marked one window to be redone, because he was not happy with the results. Great professionalism and friendly. We would hire again.

Very professional and accommodating. The owner came back and cleaned a hard to reach ledge for me and offered to do it for free . Very rare in this day and age!

Very well. The employee arrived on time and was very professional. He worked hard. He spent quite a bit of time trying to get all the debris out of the gutters. Before leaving, he even took a picture of the gutters to show us they had been cleaned. That was appreciated since we couldn't get on the roof to verify what was done.

Very well! I don't think the windows in our home had ever been commercially cleaned. The difference was impressive!

Perfect. I sent an email with a question before I made the purchase. They responded to my email in less then five minutes. They were great to work with, understood the need I had an why. They were kind enough to work me into their already busy schedule. I got a call back on my cell phone that night! Aaron, one of the owners, said they would be able to clean our windows the following day for a very reasonable price of $149. They were already booked, but said that they could come in the evening if we did not mind. The next afternoon, they called me to let me know that they had wrapped up their other jobs early and could start our house early. They were finished by 5:30, way ahead of schedule. The did an excellent job. They even threw in cleaning a few internal windows that were smeared by the home cleaning group before they left. The co-owners are great and are doing the work themselves. I could not have been more pleased with there responsiveness, customer service, communication, and service. I would recommend them to anyone! Too bad there is not an A+ rating. By the way, they left our place to clean the windows of one of the local police departments. Looks like they work hard for a lot of people.

I have never had my gutters cleaned professionally before as one of my family members would typically help me clean the gutters. This year I decided to try having it done by someone else. I am really happy with the service that Window Genie provided me. They came to my house the day after they were called (and fit me in to their schedule) and the guys that showed up were super friendly and professional. From what I can see, they did a great job and my gutters/downspouts are clean and ready for the rain that is predicted for this coming week. I plan on using them again the next time I need this done.
