I always admire a young entrepreneur and Matthew is just that. I am very happy with the job he did on my exterior windows. I'm had rescheduled my appointment several times but never once did he act upset or not willing to work with my ever changing schedule. He was very courteous, professional and punctual. I will use him again in the future plus refer other to him as well!

It went very well. He arrived at the scheduled time. He looked at all the windows to be sure he knew exactly what he would be working with. He told us what he was planning on doing and checked with us to be sure those were our expectations. When we agreed that everything is what we expected he started the job. He was fast and efficient. When he was all finished and we checked them over they looked very nice. He wasn't messy and cleaned up his work area as he went. He was by himself and finished the job in an hour and a half or a little less. We were pleased with his work and with him and would hire him again if we need our windows and screens cleaned in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone if they were in need of windows and screens cleaned. Sandy Naylor

Did fine-the house looks so much better.

Performed a good job on cleaning the glass on windows. Failed to fulfill the 'Deal' by NOT cleaning screens when initially doing window glass. I had to call and remind them of the specifics of the offer and get them back out to complete the work.

My experience with Window Genie of Jackson County was a positive one. The company was scheduled to power wash my house. The work was performed on the date and time scheduled. Prior to the start of the power washing, I was asked what was my concern when scheduling the work. I just wanted my house to be clean and free of the accumulation of dirt, and such that had accumulated on my house (white). Matthew Johnson delivered. He did a tremendous job and knocked down at least 6 wasp cocoons, and other insect habitats. After the work was done, I left home with my sister. When we returned, she said that she did not notice that I had gotten the house painted. It does look great. I will add this to my yearly upkeep and will definitely hire Window Genie of Jackson to perform this work.

Brian was great. We had to reschedule several times because of rain but he called each time to reschedule. When he finally came he was on time, did a good job and was quick.

It went very well. Matthew was attentive and very friendly. He cleaned out all the gutters and collected the leaves and branches into a recycling bag. I asked for an estimate for window cleaning and the estimate given was very fair and reasonable. I will be having that service done soon. I will be using Matthew again for yearly routine cleanings for both the gutters and windows.

Excellent work -- will definitely hire again. Arrived at agreed time, completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. Very pleasant demeanor. Highly recommended.

He cleaned out the gutters. He also identified a problem I have with my under ground gutter. He suggested I call Angies list and get the name of someone to come and help me. There aren't a lot of details to cleaning out the gutters.

Matt was very professional and did a great job.

It went very well and very quickly. Matt even removed decorative spacers on some of the windows, using our drill, and reinstalled them to ensure the cleanliness of the windows. He was especially courteous and friendly. We signed a window cleaning contract with him at a set price once the work was completed.

Matthew called the day before to confirm. He was right on time Monday morning. Very personal and professional. And super nice! It was a pleasure having him perform his cleaning. Will use Window Genie again and recommend to all my family and friends.

He was very professional, yet personal and easy to work with. He answered every call and stuck to his scheduled date/time. He did a great job of moving furniture and using shoe covers every time he came inside, etc. It was a through job that wasn't rushed.

Mathew arrived at 8:00am to wash the exterior windows on the second floor. He was done with everything by 10:00am. He was professional, courteous and did a good job. I will use Window Genie again.

He worked quickly. Took off screens and cleaned inside and out of windows. Nice job, but I asked him to clean off sills, since that isn't usually included.

Provider called ahead, was ahead of schedule, did a thorough job and cleaned up. He got the job done quickly.

He showed up spot on, called before he came. He was careful to clean up any drips, etc. The job was thorough. We signed up with him for twice annual cleaning at a set fixed price. Very pleased

Did a great job cleaning the accumulated dirt, bird droppings, etc off the selected windows. Wiped up residual liquid from sills, was careful to see that each window was relocked after completion of the work The number of windows cleaned exceeded the original deal, but the additional charge for the extras was very reasonable.
