Description of Work: Matt powerwashed my whole house. It has a special paint job on it that has a 25 year warranty and it is is an epoxy like finish. Some things stick to it. Matt got off all the bird droppings and other spots. He cleaned the garage door, too. It looks a brighter white now. One area that did not clean well was not his fault. There was a lot of dirt and a lot of it came off. I can tell that some areas higher up cleaned up completely. Nearer the bottom is where there is still some dirt but it is literally sticking to the paint job (an epoxy type of paint). So, Matt did all that he could and I am very satisfied with the work. Matt got to my house a little later than planned but it was not an issue for me. I kept my day open for this appt. I will be moving next Spring and will leave all his info with the new owners!! Thanks Angie's List for finding a good companny to work with. Matt was very friendly!

Description of Work: Washed the inside/outside and cleaned the screens of 9 windows in my home. Three of these windows had the old style storm windows and they also cleaned those. I was very please with the work they did.

Original deal as advertised excluded double hung windows, which all of my windows are; and excluded storm windows/screens, which again, can be found on all my windows... So, I was not surprised when he quoted me a higher price than was to be found in the deal on Angie's List... But, I felt the additional charge was reasonable and fair...

Description of Work: I tried to schedule with them but had a hard time getting someone on the phone, I called him at least five times. When I did get someone on the phone he told me to call back at a later time because he could not schedule the service at the moment. I asked him what time I should call him back and he said later, but then said between 4 and 6. The customer service is not very good. It shouldn't be that hard to schedule the service.

Description of Work: Our windows were cleaned inside and out as well as a glass door to the backyard. He also cleaned the screens. He had to move some furniture to get to some of the windows and put everything back. I would highly recommend this company.
