Description of Work: Matt was courteous and pleasant. The work was done quickly and the quality was excellent .... and yes, the price was $0. Since I had fewer windows than than the deal on Angie's list, there was no charge. All in all, a great experience. Would recommend.

Description of Work: He washed the outside of my windows, but was not able to get to all of them due to shrubbery. He also said that because my windows had never been professionally cleaned, he would not be able to get them really clean without special chemicals, which would cost more. However, they still looked better than they did before he washed them even though the inside was not done (at my request). He left me a quote for using the heavier chemicals, which was not unreasonable, so I probably will use him again.
