They did an excellent job considering I have an all White House, that has lots of trees around it, and it needs painting.

We just finished a construction project and the windows were filthy. Matthew was great! He was very friendly and eager to please. The windows look great and we were so pleased that we asked him to call us in the fall to repeat the service. A great experience. Cannot speak highly enough of the results and the service.

Provider was running late and called - very polite - and showed up as rescheduled the same day. He was personable and had me do a walk through with him when he was done. There were a couple of places I was unhappy with, and he immediately responded positively so that I was completely satisfied at the conclusion. We had more windows to do than the number provided on the special, but there was no problem adding the extra windows at reasonable cost.

Matthew was on time. Professional. Completed the job in a timely matter. He was pleasant and did a great job.

Window Genie appeared right on time. He was very pleasant throughout the job. All of the windows were cleaned inside and out. It's amazing I can clearly now! He also dusted the screens, which made a big difference for the windows with screens. I had about the maximum number for the "deal". I would recommend the for your window cleaning.

Matt was great...arrived on time, was professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend asking about sliding doors, etc. before booking. That way he would be able to add those to the job, if desired. We will use him again!

Response time excellent and arrived as promised, giving a telephone call first as house to be done is in a different location from where we live. It was extremely hot this day and he worked very fast. There were spots left on lower level windows exterior which did not come clean. He wasn't sure what caused them but said he did attempt to remove them. I would assume a professional would carry products with him that would address his kind of issue.

Purchased Angie's List big deal: $149 Home Exterior Pressure Washing. Window Genie came on time, explained the service and did a good job. I would use them again if another deal came up.

Bought the Angie's List deal. Matt and I had a difficult time connecting at first, but once we did, everything went well. He had to cancel our first appointment for a very understandable personal issue, but he called immediately to explain the situation and set up a new time. My husband was here while he worked and said Matt was just a really nice guy. He also did great work and did it quickly. We'll definitely call him back next year.

Matt showed up on time (actually a little early) as scheduled, and promptly proceeded to get the job done. I had used his services before for some window tinting and he is very professional as well as a very likable individual. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking the type of service he provides.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal some time ago. Then things came up which made it not convenient to use immediately. So months later I called for an appointment and was able to get one quite handily. He was able to come earlier in the day of our appointment so he called to see if that was convenient. It was and he arrived promptly. He explained what the Big Deal did and did not cover. I decided on which windows and screens I wanted cleaned and he started to work on them. They now look great! He was very friendly and answered all my questions about other work I might have him do.

My house looked so much better after the power wash. He even did the guttering. Very efficient.

I don't know why I've never gotten this done before, but Matt did an excellent job. He was very thorough and he did an outstanding job cleaning the screens and window sills. I highly recommend Window Genie!!!

Matt worked with us to reschedule a couple of different times due to our window installation being slow to complete without any issues. He worked efficently and really cleaned up the house which had a lot of spider webs and wasps nests as well as cleaned the pool deck which definitely needed. Was professional and easy to work with. We will use again in the future.

It was great. I did get a little worried about him on my roof when it started to rain, but he had gotten it finished. With the storms we've had after he finished, I haven't seen any issues with the gutters.

All went very well. I received an Immediate response to my call for service. An appointment was set for the next day and the work was performed on time and in a professional manner. A few weeks later I noticed a short run of guttering that had been missed; I called Matt and he returned the same day to take care of it and apologized for missing it on the first visit. I will definitely use this provided in the future.
