Description of Work: I purchased this because we really needed our windows cleaned and I knew it was a wonderful price. I did read the "fine print" where it says "storm windows can be cleaned for an extra price." Since all of our windows are storm windows, I had figured it would be $7.00 for each one, because it said extra windows were at that price. The owner called me within 2 hours of my purchase and inquired what kind of windows we had. I told him most were storm, and he told me that the Big Deal really doesn't cover that--the price would be $20.00 per window. Since that is not in our budget, we both agreed I could just get my money back that I had paid. I appreciate Matthew Johnson being so upfront and saving both of us time. I felt he was being very honest to explain the process involved in cleaning storm windows. Please give this company a chance if you have the newer windows, OR if you can afford the $20.00 per window if you have storms!

Description of Work: He did not clean the window sill, only the glass. My 12 year old grandson |finished cleaning all the dirt and dead bugs from the space at the bottom of the window. All past companies had cleaned all that inside and out. |He left the back leg of my sewing machine cabinet laying on the floor beneath the machine. So it was supported on only 3 legs which could have |been a dangerous situation. He should have mentioned that to me, rather than leae it for me to find.

Description of Work: They were only able to clean the top half of outside windows due to our storms and the full inside as the cost was going to be a lot more with the storms. We had a deal offered by Angie's List for so many windows, but once they start counting panes , etc it ends up being more. He did a good job and was very nice to work with.

Description of Work: Window Genie performed the work described in the Angie's Deal I purchased, power washing the exterior of my home. Matthew contacted me promptly and arrived at the scheduled time. We walked around the house, at his suggestion, so I could point out problem spots/areas of concern. He worked efficiently and performed the work very competently. After completing the job he again asked me to walk around the house to make sure everything was done to my expectations. I was completely satisfied with the work he performed and will have him back regularly to keep the siding looking fresh. The deal was a great buy for the money and I would not hesitate to recommend Window Genie's work.
