Description of Work: I purchased a voucher for the cleaning of 20 windows, both interior and exterior, plus screens for $99. The gentleman who came was very friendly, clean-cut, polite, and efficient. It only took 2 hours, give or take, to complete the job of a 2-story home with a walk-out basement. The screen cleaning turned out to be just a brushing off, and the housing and tracks of each window were not a part of the purchased voucher, so, I tried to go ahead of him and wash most of the tracks myself before he got to the glass cleaning part of the window. If I were to hire him again, I would have him wipe the very corners of each window more thoroughly and also clean the tracks and housing around each window, which in my mind, is part of window cleaning. Since my windows had not been done on the exterior for approx. 5 yrs., they looked much better afterwards. For the price I paid, I was happy with the outcome.

Description of Work: Deal was for 15 windows cleaning. I had 13 windows and 1 exterior door on a sun porch cleaned. The screens were removed and brushed and the windows are spotless. It was well worth the money to have fresh clean windows!

Description of Work: Washed windows inside and out as well as storm windows. When I asked for additional windows washed outside the limits of the offer, it was done quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable additional cost. Matt was very personable and professional in all his dealings.

Description of Work: The deal was $99.00 to wash 15 windows inside and out. Additional windows were $7.00 each, and I had 3 more windows done. Matthew was professional and did a great job. He was punctual and had me check to see that the windows were done to my satisfaction. He gave me a brochure with other services that he provided and also gave me a whole house estimate for the future. I plan to use Window Genie again in the Spring.

Description of Work: Matthew was prompt and very professional. The Big Deal was for a certain number of windows. Matthew did such a great job, I asked him to do some additional windows and glass doors for me! His company offers other types of services so I know I will not only have him clean my windows again but also power wash the siding as well. Matthew is a very nice and hardworking young man!
