Description of Work: Window Genie was hired to clean the gutters of my home. I was not home when the serviceman arrived because he came early. When I got home (in time for my appointment), the service man was packed up and ready to leave. He told me he was done. I asked where the debris was. He said it was in truck. I asked if he flushed the downspouts. He said they were okay, didn't need flushing. He handed me a folder with the bill and left. I didn't look at it immediately, but when I did, I thought the price was higher than originally discussed with a person in the office. Prior to making the appointment, Window Genie was running a special that I missed by a day. I called to see if they would honor that price; she said yes. I never called back, I just paid it. I gave a grade of C because: I was not informed that they would be early, and I was not there to see what was done or removed from the gutters. I will not call them again for those reasons.

Description of Work: They power washed the siding on my house. Due to the weather Window Genie and I had to work around the high winds. They were very prompt, even though we had to reschedule a couple of times, they always contacted me before hand if the weather would not allow them to work. |They did an excellent job and the siding looked great afterwards.

 + -1 moreMatt Johnson was by far one of the most courteous and detail oriented contractors I have had at this project house over the past six months. He arrived on time, performed his job extremely well, was polite in his manners and conversation and seemed very professional in every way. Unfortunately, after we had chatted about his business and services and exchanged some pleasantries on the way out, we had both overlooked that fact that he had missed rehanging some of the curtains and curtain rods in the bedrooms. About ten minutes after he left, and I finally realized the oversight, i was in the process of finding a ladder when who should come knocking back at my door than MATT! This one thing he did shocked me - in a VERY GOOD WAY - and speaks volumes to his dedication and level of commitment to customer service. He was already back on the road when he realized the oversight too, and came all the way back to hang my curtains!!! Now i ask you - who does that any more??? To this day, i can't even tell there is glass in the windows, they are so clean. I definitely plan to call on Matt for some other services after the project is finished and things get back to normal (e.g. deck cleaning, window tinting, etc.)
Description of Work: Matt arrived to clean (for their first time ever!) all the windows on the main floor of my ranch style home. The outside was filthy with dust and gunk left over from the construction phase of the project, and the inside was not much better, there still being some sticky residue and gunk from window stickers and wall texture overspray. He carefully removed the blinds and window coverings and thoroughly cleaned the glass, wiping up any drips and dribbles as they happened. He then replaced these all after he finished and thoroughly explained to me all the other services his company provides, while giving me his card and invoice. It was a pleasure to speak to Matt from start to finish. Matt is definitely a rock star!

My gutters were cleaned thoroughly and all my windows were washed. I have a split entry home and it was not a problem having the high windows. There are no streaks on the outside of the my windows. It was such a pleasure doing business with him. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

 + 0 morei live in a long, single ranch style house built in the 60's. The house was not maintained well before I moved in so it needed some cleaning. The windows are the 6 pane with the wood trim that everyone dislikes to clean! And there were a lot of them. IHe showed up on time. Gave me a free estimate. Windows look great! No streaks! And its guaranteed. I live in a neighborhood with several large oak trees so the gutters were pretty full. And I don't think they had been cleaned out recently. Matt cleaned them out and I never saw any debris on the ground from his work when he was done. I will definitely be calling him again.
