Matt and Shaun arrived on time, with a call before hand to tell me they were on the way. They got right to work and didn't stop until it was all done. My super old windows look brand new! They are both very pleasant guys and were great around my two dogs and two cats, which is as important to me as a job done well. I will definitely hire them again, and I'll recommend them to others.

It was an okay job. There were no additional charges. He kept canceling the time he was supposed to come out. I wasn't home when he did the job because it was the only day he could do it. He called when he got there and when he finished. It wasn't a very good job and I will probably have to get it redone.

They were here when they said they would be an did a very good job on both house & windows, and the price was good.

Matthew came and quoted the project very promptly. We were having two windows replaced and we had to wait for them to be installed. It took about a month and a half. GREAT! I have been wanting to do this for years, and saw the Angie's list deal. Matthew came for an appointment immediately and we set up a time that was convenient for me. When he got here I asked him to do more windows than I had originally planned on because it looked so great. He quoted me a price for the additional work and was very gracious to give my job the extra time and attention it needed to get it done immediately. Others might have made me make another appointment - but not Matthew. He spent a lot of extra time because of the extra windows and was very dedicated to doing a good job. He was very professional, worked straight through until the work was done, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would definitely recommend him and his product to anyone.

We are so pleased with the tinting done on the windows. Matthew did a great job. He explained the benefits of having this done and showed samples of tint. It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. He called 30min before arrival. When he arrived, he began cleaning our windows. They look very nice. Our windows had never been professionally cleaned. I plan on using this company again. Very good service and price.

Window installed security film on our tall windows that run along the ground outside. It could be very easy to break the windows and get in if we aren't home but now that the security film is on there I am told it will prevent the windows from bashing in after one blow. Hopefully we don't have to find out!

This last fall Window Genie came out and pressure washed my deck and stained it. We picked out a stain from Lowes and he put two coats on and it looks absolutely wonderful. We use Window Genie for any services that they provide. Very polite.
