They were good to work with. They were on time and thorough in the appointment. There were two people here doing the work. The windows look good after the cleaning.

This service was well worth it! We have storm windows so they had to take the screens out and cleaned the inside and outside of all of the windows, even the second floor. Shawn was the technicians name, he was on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

Was a little late because prior appt ran over time . Was not a problem. Worker was very polite, professional, and thorough. The windows look great. I would definitely use Window Genie again for windows and may use them for cleaning outside of house.

The two young men who came were very professional and did an excellent job. Upon completion they both told me about their yearly maintenance service they offered but there was no high pressure sales. I will probably use them again.

I wasnt able to get the services completed because it was going to be extra charges involved with my storms. My interaction with them went fairly well, they were very nice.

Arrived on time, prepared, and was finished two hours later. I had a few more windows than the special covered and he fairly priced those. The only thing we had to do was move any decorative items sitting in front of the windows. My windows and screens looked so good I hated to pull the blinds!

I am very pleased with the service that I received. They cleaned the inside and outside of my windows and doors. They now sparkle and are very clean. They did a professional job and made no mess at all. I'm very picky about my home and worry about having contractors etc in my home as sometimes they can make a mess and not clean it up. However with Window Genie I didn't have that problem and would certainly recommend them to my friends and family as well as others. They were very friendly and enjoyed visiting with them while they worked. It was a very pleasant experience.

Matthew arrived on time and went right to work. He was respectful of our belongings and returned everything back to its original position. He asked if we were pleased often. We are happy with the results already.

Called and set up time to do the work and had it done on schedule. Called ahead before arriving. Communications was really great. Would recommend for sure.

I purchased a 'deal' on Angie's List, and could not have been happier. 20 exterior windows and their screens cleaned for $109. Great service. I also found out that the company offers many other services, such as gutter cleaning, deck maintenance, etc. I will definitely call them again for other services.

I was very impressed with this company. I called in the morning and they returned my call right away and were out for an estimate that afternoon. Matt explained the product really well and his knowledge added confidence in my decision making process. I asked them to schedule me for installation and they happen to have time right then to do the service. (They had just come from and job and had a window of time before their other activities). They performed the installation, asked for my inspection and cleaned up everything behind them. The installation is awesome. It looks exactly how they said it would. I am very impressed at the difference in the heat in our home. Our back windows get direct sun for most of the day. Thank you Matt and Shawn for your awesome service. We would definitely use you again and will recommend you to our friends.

The window cleaning was excellent and was performed quickly. The power washing was very good, although they could have cleaned off my porch of the leftover dirt from the washing a little better with a squeegee. Matthew explained all of the services performed and pointed out a couple of areas where he couldn't get the power washing perfect. My house looks so much better now thanks to this service.

I noticed a difference as soon as I pulled in my drive. It looked much better! Matthew requested I be there while he was there. I drove over the speed limit (I won't mention how much) to make it at the appointed time. The reason I give him a B...he was finished and gone before I arrived anxious, stressed and frazzled. The appointment was scheduled for 4pm. I arrived at 3:40. He left a note on my door with an apology of "Sorry we missed you!" with a time of 3:40. Mmm

Excellent service!! The owner, Matthew Johnson, is extremely nice and professional. He came out and gave me a bid within hours of me calling and was able to provide services within a couple of days. He and a co-worker called before arriving and showed up promptly at the time promised. The service was provided in a timely manner and my windows looked incredible. I would highly recommend using this company.

Matthew Johnson, the owner, is awesome! He came on Memorial Day to make sure our windows were sparkling clean for the listing of our home. Not only did he work on a holiday, but he came earlier than expected. He used the squeegee method, and not that "spray stuff" that leaves water marks. The gutter work was especially grueling because the springtime maple leaf seeds were individually stuck in the gutter guards & required picking each one out. Instead of throwing them onto the ground, he put them in a trash bag, which we really appreciated. Love finding a new company that does an incredible job at a reasonable price. That's Window Genie and Matthew! Will definitely be using him again!! Highly recommend!! A+++++++

Great -- easy to schedule, verified appointment night before; very friendly, great job.

Called me beforehand, arrived on time. Very friendly, listened my concerns and explained how they were going to work on them. The exterior of my house was pretty dirty, they did a good job cleaning it. They offered a good deal to clean the gutters, and did them too.

From the first contact to the date of service everything went like clockwork. They were able to come on my first choice of days and Shaun called when headed my way. He was scheduled between 8 & 9 and he called at 7:30 a..m. to make sure I was home and said he was 30 minutes out. He was here at 8 a.m. and we walked around the house to make sure he knew exactly what my concerns were and answered all of my questions. He then said I could just go about my business and he would take care of the rest. When he was finished I walked around the house again and my house & gutters not only looked wonderful the whole area smelled fresh and clean. I was very pleased with the result and will definitely use this company again.

Matthew was very helpful and professional. We requested to change our initial scheduled date and he was able to accommodate us. Would highly recommend them and were very happy with the quality of work.

Great value for the $ and they did an excellent job. They were thorough and efficient, they responded to my purchase of the coupon right away. We found a good day and they were here on time. My gutters needed cleaning out so they offered me a good deal to have those done as well. The house was pretty much washed by the time we discussed the gutters but they got up there any way -- which can make a bit of a mess, but then went back over the house to rinse after this was completed. The windows look really great too. They also held my mail so that it wouldn't get wet. Can't wait to see the before and after pics they took as the house was gathering a good deal of mildew. It looks like new again! The guys were personable and were not too rushed to chat a bit about the process while still being very efficient. It looks so good, I'd love to do this every year.
