Window Genie of Kansas City

I was originally scheduled for them to arrive between 10:00 and noon, but Matthew called me that morning and said they could come earlier if it was ok with me. They arrived 30 minutes later and did a great job. The outside of my house looks great and my windows are crystal clear. My window cleaning cost more because all of my windows have storm windows which required more time and work. I will definitely have them back for both power washing and all the cleaning of my windows.

Window Genie cleaned all the windows and screens in our house; we had purchased a Big Deal coupon from them to clean 20 windows and screens. They showed up when scheduled and did the work professionally and effeciently. The owner, Mark Johnson, was very cordial and gave me a good deal for cleaning the windows that exceed the limit on the coupon. We had purchased the coupon for $109 for the 20 windows and the charge for cleaning the extra windows was $45. Total cost for the project was $154. We were happy with the work that they did.

Matthew is great!!! I called to set up a date and he was on a job and asked if he could call me back when he got back to his office. He called back that same day, very polite. Showed up on schedule and was terrific!! My home is 20 years old and I'm not sure if the windows had been every cleaned before. Did a great job, I can see outside now...... Wonderful experience, I will use him again.

We scheduled for Monday, and they were very good about working around my scheduled. I was going to be the second job of the day and they called to update me on arrival time. They came in, introduced themselves, I showed them around, and the 2 man team got all the windows clean. They look GREAT! They were punctual, very detail oriented, careful, and very thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the KC, MO area. Thanks Matthew!

Matt returned my call promptly. Set up appointment and Matt and another worker arrived on time and began right away. They did give us a quote for my slider and front window but I chose to do those myself. No pressure from Matt. It took about 1 1/2 hours and the windows shined. They did point out a couple of broken seals on a few windows. Matt left a quote for next time and a $10.00 off coupon. I will definitely use this company again.

Went well. Two gentlemen showed up right at 8am as scheduled. Matthew was the lead on the project and was very professional. We discussed the project then they got started. I purchased a deal for 20 windows to be cleaned for $109.00. What I failed to understand most likely because I didn't read the deal thoroughly was that the deal didn't include the screens or window casing's being cleaned. For an additional $1 per they cleaned the screens for me which I appreciated. Once completed he left me a quote for future services which included a more thorough cleaning. I have a lot of trees on my lot and my house/windows get very dirty. Most likely I will have them back next year for a more thorough cleaning to include windows, screens and casings.

We originally scheduled a certain time and I waited around. The owner had called me just before they were scheduled to come out. He had picked up a smaller job and wanted to get it done before coming to complete the work at my house. They didn’t give me a heads up, but I was fortunate that I was home and had the entire day available. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. I am very happy with the work they did.

I initially planned having them tint three windows in my living room and three windows in my dining room. I also had them install the tint on my front storm door and a small window in my kitchen. There were no troubles at all with the work. I did pay them additional costs. I am very happy with the film that he used. It is of very good quality.

Arrived on time, very friendly and pleasant, answered all of my questions, cleaned up afterwards,did a good job.

They were professional, on time and returned calls promptly. The house looks much better now that the white siding has been power washed and we were very pleased with the results. I wish I had done is sooner as the house really looks great.

Actually they were able to start the job earlier than arranged and did an excellent job removing the dirt and mold from my vinyl siding. They also washed the dirt from the windows, screens and window sills which are now ready for me to clean. My home looks so much better and even smells super clean. One can detect the clean smell of the liquid they used when stepping outside. Now, all I need to do is wash the windows. Looks like a great weekend coming up for that.

They did a fine job. They were here when they said they'd be, got right to it & did the job, picked up their stuff and left. They sent 2 techs.

I would not do it again as the shutters were still dirty along with sides of house but mainly steel back which is high off the ground and needs warm water with cleaning solution pre-sprayed then rinsed. It only took 30 minutes.

We have 50+ windows, which are mostly casement. Matthew, the owner, sent 1 team member out to do the work, which took about 4 to 5 hours. We work full time and have teenagers at home, but I was very comfortable with them being in the house with them, as they were very professional from the start. They called me upon arriving to clarify the work to be done. There were a few issues, such as the large arched entryway window that includes a removable grid that the gentleman was not able to clean, since it was screwed into the trim work and there was some dirt left behind between the screens and windows that may have been from brushing off the screens. Matthew called to make sure I was happy with the job, so I filled him in on the issues and he was on it right away. He even came out on Saturday morning to finish up the work and he offered to unscrew the grid on entryway window and clean it and reinstall. He also stuck around a while longer to give us some quotes on window tinting and driveway sealing. The windows now sparkle and look amazing!!! Matthew and his team were amazing to work with and I highly recommend them.

Deal did not include storm windows so we did not use this company

The crew was very professional. They were able to work around my schedule to come out for the inspection and to do the work. I did not feel uncomfortable leaving them in my house alone while I went to work. The windows look amazing and now we can see the wonderful view outside our windows without having to raise the solar shades that we did have. Also the tenting works way better than the solar shades did. Finally we have a living room we can enjoy anytime of the day.

Wonderfully! Matthew got right back to us to schedule an appointment. He and Sean showed up right on time and began work immediately. We used the Angie's list coupon initially and then Matthew gave us a very fair price to do the extra number of windows not included on the coupon. He also gave us a great price on the gutter cleaning and so we had that done also. We found Matthew to be an exceptionally bright and polite young man. We didn't have much interaction with Sean, his co-worker, because he was outside the whole time but the few moments I spoke with him, he was also very polite and easy going. We agreed to use Matthew's company at least once a year from now on. Highly, highly recommend his services!!!!!

I had a special Amazon Local deal for $199. The wait time between the time I called to schedule the cleaning and the time they could do it was only about a week or so. I was not home when they did it, but when I got home, my house was clean and bright, and no sign they had even been there (no trash or debris left behind). I had been a little worried about a particular bed of flowers that was right up against the house, but there was no damage to the flowers at all. I was very happy with their work, and would definitely hire them again.

Everything was great, Matthew and Sean arrived on time, called in advance to let me know they would be there in 15 minutes, did everything I asked them to do and more. Matthew gave me a break on the dryer vent cleaning because my vent is short--and I would not have known that had he not told me. They were very efficient and were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I will have them back annually for cleaning.

Window Genie was great. I had purchased the "deal" for 20 windows at $109.00 through Angie's list. They were very responsive to calling me back, setting up the appointment and showing up on time. I had them also clean seven extra windows and the sills for all the windows which added on about $50.00. Totally worth that. They were so good about doing more that the primary scope of work.. They also put the screens back in for me!! Which is a big deal on a two story house. They were a young crew just starting out and well worth the time and money. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

Did a great job. Showed up on time. Two very nice guys did a fine job. Will have back this winter.

They said they would clean 15 windows for the $109 and then after contact the guy said that 5 of the windows would be an additional $15 each becuase they were storm proof.

On time. Good to work with. Did a great job. When they arrived the two gentlemen got right to work. Signed up with them to do twice a year cleaning of windows.
