Description of Work: I had them come out and power wash my vinyl siding. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I thought they did a wonderful job and I would absolutely hire them again.

Description of Work: They washed all Windows on the main level of my home. This included inside and outside, the screens and the skills. In addition, I had them wash the basement windows and all my storms doors. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. I have set them up on a regular schedule to clean the Windows going forward. I would definitely recommend Matt and his crew to others.

Description of Work: This was a special deal I purchased for $109 which included 15 windows. They did a good job. The windows were sparkling clean, but after they left I realized that they had not cleaned up the floor below each window. There was dust and a bit of debris from cleaning out the base of window.

Description of Work: The cleaning of the window glass was excellent. I was surprised and not too pleased that they brushed off the screens INSIDE the house instead of taking them outside to brush off the dirt. Likewise, when the tracks were cleaned, some of that dirt ended up inside the house. No one wants the dust from the screens and dirt from the track to end up in the house- on the floor or the furniture. I do not believe they had thought about the fact that brushing dust/dirt off the screens needed to be done outdoors. The young men who did the work seemed to be sincere in their desire to do a good job and did willingly go back over some window tracks when I pointed out areas that I thought needed more attention.

Description of Work: 07/11/14-employee arrived on time & spent ~70 minutes on our small 1000 sq ft single story house. | |In our initial walk around I pointed out a few patches of blistering paint & vine residue that I hoped he could address but he said that the power wash is really just a wet down, soap & rinse process that relies mostly on their "product" (soap + bleach) to do the cleaning. The spray pressure is not that intense & virtually all the spraying was from several feet away from the siding surface (no ladder was used). | |The result was a cleaner, brighter looking house but none of the loose paint nor vine residue were removed. | |Value: The Angie's list discount dropped the cost from $299.00 to &149.00. While I was happy with the service at the discounted price, I would not have been happy paying full price. Although it was not as aggressive a cleaning as I had hoped for it otherwise met my modest expectations. As long as you manage your expectations (it's a window cleaning company after all) you'll be satisfied too. | |He left bids for interior/exterior window washing, dryer vent cleaning & gutter cleaning. | |The employee was courteous & professional.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work performed. My only complaint is that they were unable to remove the hard water spots from my front bedroom windows. From what I'm reading online, other professional window cleaners are able to do this. Perhaps this is something they need to consider spending more time with.

Description of Work: We bought the Angie's list deal to power wash our white siding. Even though we didn't have any mold or mildew problems, the siding looked so much better than before especially the white garage door and the black shutters. The owner Matthew and his assistant were very polite and personable. I appreciated the call to say they were on their way. That is always a plus for me, and they were right on time. We were very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Matthew took great care of us! He was punctual and professional. He did the job when it was convenient for us and did it in one day. We have a lot of windows and he had to take off our old film as well! We would highly recommend him to anyone! I am hoping my neighbors ask who did the windows so I can refer him!

Description of Work: The deal was for 20 windows. I have 39. I paid the extra charge and it was well worth it. They cleaned the screens, window sill inside and out. They were ontime, courteous and worked quickly, but were thorough. They asked if I wanted to be on their bi-annual or annual contact list to check in if I wanted my windows cleaned again. I happily said, Add me to your list!
