My daughter called Joe's for a price on carpeting, liked the price and then came down from Iowa and picked it up. She was very happy with the pricing, the quality of the carpet and the service. It looks great!

The entire house was carpeted. We took the carpeting out and they had new carpeting installed for the entire house. I had no problems with them. They did everything what they promised. They were prompt and they lived up with what they promised to do. They did a good job with putting the carpets in and we were quite pleased with it. I don't think we did any comparative shopping because somebody referred us to them.

We had a very good experience. Our salesman was Brian. He was very courteous and helpful. They came out and measured in a timely manner and I was able to schedule installation further down the road as I had some painting to complete. They were very accomodating. The only glitch we had was the area rug was not returned from the binder on the day it was promised. We should have gotten it on a Friday, it was a holiday weekend, so we did not receive it until Tuesday. Brian went and picked up the rug himself on Tuesday so that we would not have to wait until Friday as that is the normal pick up and delivery day for the binder. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely use them again.

I must say we had a mixed bag of experiences with Joes/Weber Carpet. TO start with the positive...they installed oak hardwood which had to be matched with existing hardwood and did an absolutely beautiful job. The young men that laid the wood were artists and we couldn't be more pleased. We are having them return to do another area in our home. The price for the hardwood was reasonable and will add to the value of the home. On the negative side...we had carpet put in a relatively small area which was way to expensive even though it was on sale so will not get carpet from Joes again...also we had laminate put in another room and was almost the cost of real hardwood so wished we would of gone that route instead for that room. THe laminate we picked out seemed to be a better quality in the store but has already scratched after a month and nicked badly when an iron fell on it. SO...if you want hardwood definitely go with Joes/ Weber but look around for a better deal on carpet and laminate...sure wish we had!

My experience was very inconsistent. Initially the woman helping me was on the ball and I was exceptionally pleased as she helped arrange things to meet a tight deadline which I could not move. That, in fact, was part of the reason I chose Weber - becuase they promised they could execute everything I needed by the date I needed it. However, as time went on I was told that perhaps they would not meet the date. That went on for several days until finally, they were able to meet the date. At time of installation, 1 of the ceramic tiles was cut incorrectly and had my father not pointed it out to the installer, the installer would have set it. Additionally, the tile installer was an hour early each time. When it came to the carpet installation, one of the pieces had to be re-cut onsite which resulted in me having 2 visible seams right as I walk in the door. There are also places where the finish installation of the carpet is not good - it looks like a bad do-it-yourself job. Finally, there are a couple of places where there are runs/snags in the carpet. Now, if a visitor comes over, (s)he probably will not notice the things I've mentioned, but they're noticeable and frustrating to me... especially considering I spent $5000.

We were very happy with them. They did a quick job (were finished in a week) and we're pleased with the product.

The installation took place over two weeks at our request. The work was performed on two successive Friday-Saturday dates begining February 25. We only experienced one small problem which was the carpet for the two landings in stairways was not included in the order and so we had new carpet on two sets of stairs without carpet on the two landings for about two weeks. To be sure that the color and pattern were a perfect match they had to go back to the factory and it took about 2 weeks after all other work was completed before the carpet on landings was installed. This was just an error in order placement as the estimator had the measurements included for the order. The workers were great always cleaned up before leaving etc. Would use Weber again and would recommend them. There were no price overruns and the final cost was what was quoted.

Carpet is pre-cut and seamed at Weber's warehouse, living room and dining room was one large piece, approx 13'x25'. Moved furniture out completely of each room to allow for proper installation of carpeting. Four man team, very professional, very experienced, employees of Weber. not sub-contractors.

I had worn out carpet and linoleum that was 21 years old and had to go. Daniel and his crew took out all the carpet and linoleum, hauled it away and installed the floors in about a week and a half. Daniel and his crew were very professional and friendly and did a great job. The floors are beautiful! If in the future, my floors would need refinishing, I would certainly have them back to do the job.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. I was in town just for a few days and need to get work done quickly on a town home I own. Both Joe and Amy were so helpful and fun to work with. They recommended carpet they felt would be good for this town home and were not pushy about selling me something that wouldn't be practical. The work men were on time very efficient and polite and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. The toilet had to be taken off to put the new floor down in the bath and there were some problems with the old toilet parts. The gentleman working out in was patient and spent extra time putting in new parts that I was able to run and get. Joe was even kind enough to print out my boarding pass as I was late leaving for the airport. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if I need flooring work done.

Salesman Larry Rupp was helpful in the selection of the carpeting to be installed. The installation crew was prompt, hard working and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Weber Carpet again.

they came out about 9am and started to work right away they had to move some furniture in one room they could not get it out the door because it was to large which i thought if we got it in they should be able to get it out but it was no problem they just moved it to one side

They responded quickly to my online measure request, were out a couple of days later to measure, tile looks great and we get lots of compliments on our carpet. Prices were the best from the several companies we shopped around from.

Everything was satisfactory. They were timely in giving the quote and they were not pushy at all.

The folks at Weber treated us great. They was willing to do the job right by carefully measuring everything, having us sign off on where the seams would be and removing all the old layers of flooring in the kitchen to make an even surface for the new laminate. They were also very flexible with scheduling and worked around our travel and work schedules for the installation.

Weber carpeting did a great job, were always on time and all the flooring they did looks great!

We were in a hurry to get this work done as we are listing our home for sale. Weber worked around our schedule and did high quality work. We would use them again.

We have purchased carpet from them before & have always been pleased. They gave us a reasonable price & the carpet was in stock. The sales people are professional & helpful.

We recently spilled some lamp oil onto a small part of our dining room carpet. It looked to be only about a 3 inch square spot. We quickly found our carpet to have large ripples in it and realized the oil had spread out to an area about 3 FEET square. Upon some internet investigation we thought we would need to replace the carpet, which meant we would have to replace more than just that room to keep it all looking the same. We called Weber and they came out in a day or 2 to look at the spot. The gentleman looked at it and said "Yep needs to be re-stretched". I questioned him further due to the oil damage. The man checked the carpet and said, "no it just needs to be re-stretched, we can do that for about $100 or so." We were relieved that we didn't have to replace anything! Weber called to tell us they could come out on Friday at 10:00am, cool! Friday morning comes and at 8:30 our doorbell rings....Oh well, a very cheerful and professional man was there to fix the carpet. Even though we were still in pajamas, we moved some furniture and he re-stretched the carpet beautifully. No damage is present and you can't even tell there was anything wrong.
