Description of Work: The workers arrived between 10 & 11 in the morning. Some days they worked till 4 some days they left about 3. I was never sure when they would be at the house to work. The initial work was satisfactory. However, they kept adding jobs they thought needed to be done. The primary worker smoked and while he picked up most of the cigarette buts there are still some in my yard.

Description of Work: They did a nice job on the roof itself and were very fast about getting it done. They did not estimate the job correctly and called after they started the job to raise the bid by $1500.00. They also made a mess of landscaping, which they promised to repair, but did not. The roof is nice, but the rest was unsatidfactory

Description of Work: I had Sunrise Exterior do a roof tune-up and a minor roof repair. It took a while to finally get them out here (over 3 months), but when they came they seemed to do a good job.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on house and carport, replace ceiling in dinning room, kitchen and living room and replace floor in front of front door.

Description of Work: suggested I put in a homeowners insurance claim for hail damage to replace my roof. The insurance adjuster laughed when they came to check out the roof. There is evidence of hail damage. I do need some small repairs done and will go elsewhere.

Description of Work: Some delays in initially connecting with company, probably due to multiple responses through Angies list ad. Inspected roof and provided estimate which was completely included within the $250.00 - $100.00 discount. Company replaced 2 vents, sealed exposed cracks. Repairs were professional and repairman was very efficient. Repairs were delayed a couple days due to weather, company did not call to advise. Repairman called prior to showing up which is appreciated, arrived when he said would and was done quickly. Asked for a bid to replace roof, received but no detail included, just a price. I would use them again for repairs, I would need a more detailed estimate if I chose them to replace the roof.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged roof and gutters caused by hail, as well as rotted wood. The process went very well. Rick McIntyre and his subcontractors were knowledgeable, professional and responsive. After review of insurance estimate, Rick was able to increase estimate by $3,000 because he was able to identify damage that the adjustor did not. I would highly recommend Rick and Sunrise Exteriors to anyone.

Description of Work: Had a leak on a flat roof. Recommended to replace with a new product that provided two layers of protection. |Of course sometimes it takes a while to see if problem is resolved with roofs, but so far so good.
