Very well. Rick was very attentive and good explanations. The work has gone very well. I would employ them again.

Failed to show two separate times to provide quote on 9/6. First time...vendor called to reschedule an hour later. Second time, over 30 minutes late and I called. At that point, just cancelled all together.

It was good. They were very knowledgeable and explained me the problem, provided suggestions for repairs.

JD Rabuck (owner) and his crew did a great job replacing our chimney. His price wasn't the lowest but not the highest either. He was easy to work with and prompt in responding to our request for a quote. We are very pleased with the finish product.

Call gave a time for arrival, explained his findings told me the credit I was entitle to and an estimate for the repairs.

I bought the special service he had for $49 on June 18, 2015. I let him know then that the roof was leaking and needed immediate attention. He did not get around to even looking at the roof until July 1, 2015. With as much rain as we have had that was totally unacceptable. After the estimate I asked if he could do something to temporarily fix the roof until repairs could be made. He said he could put a tarp on the roof. I told him to please do that. This is July 6 and still nothing. This man is totally unreliable. I noticed on different comments that he was slow but this is ridiculous. NEVER will I ever use him again and I suggest that he be removed from Angie's list as he gives this site a bad name. If he had been my first contractor to use on Angie's list I would not continue to use her site.

Upon the inspection by Mr. Rick McIntire of the leaks on my flat roof, I was given a fair quote and honest assessment of the problem (age) and the solution. Because of this, I chose Rick over another potential roofer despite Rich is a newcomer in the roofing business. He offered a 2-year warranty for the work. After some heavy rain, I found some minor leaks and water ink on the newly replaced flat roof. Rick and his crew came back timely to fix all areas. For the leaks caused by the aged vent pipe and seal, Rick offered free labor to replace them. I like Rick's fair and honest way of doing business. I would recommend him to my friends or anyone.

It went really well. they came out and looked it over. Found a couple of shingles that needed to be fixed and did a good job.

They told me that there were pieces missing and they gave me the cost and that was it. I think that he knows his business but there are some things that I can't get along with. One of his jobs is to at least patch it but he did not do it.

It was good. They were courteous and professional when they came out.

They were very prompt coming over to give us a firm quote - telling us what to expect - bringing shingle samples over several times for us to pick from. Their crews were on time and worked hard to finish the project when they said they would. They cleaned up all of the old shingles and hauled them off. There was a slight problem with the new skylight so I called Rick today and he said he'd have someone over to fix it today or tomorrow. And I'm confident he will. The new roof has only been on for a week now - so time will tell - but I'm sure that we will be happy down the road. And sure that Rick will be there if we have any problems. Mike Ganaden

Steve was on time, very professional. He discovered a hole in the wood of our roof next to a vent pipe. He repaired and sealed the area and was done in under two hours! Great job!

What the provider did NOT do were the things that were listed on the Angie's List deal I purchased. These are listed below: Minor roof repairs to issues that can cause water infiltration. Caulking exposed nail heads on flashing Maintenance or resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans/vents and chimney Photos taken of any additional areas in need of maintenance and a plan of action presented $100 credit toward any repair, although his may have been in the bid. No idea if it was added in or not. All I received from Sunrise was an estimate for replacing the roof, which I could have had any roofer give me for free. I contacted another licensed roofer and had these repairs done.

Getting repairs done on my home has never been a pleasant experience. Finding fair and honest people in this day and age Is possible but some trial and error is necessary. Well let me save you all the Time and money. Sunrise Exteriors is the only place you need to go. They showed up when they said they were going to. When they came out to do the site survey they not only looked at the problem area on my roof the guys checked over the whole roof and they spent a good hour doing so.They did a great job. It had rained hard in the morning and they were courteous enough to not drive any heavy machines in my yard which would of made ruts.

There were a few communication issues, since we’d never corresponded with a company through the website before, but I learned about that. They were 2 hours late for their inspection appointment, which threw off our plans, but in terms of the actual work, they did the repair, and they came when they said they would then. They cleaned things up. It rained heavily a week later and there were no issues.

Since I live 100 miles from my rental property I was very pleased with Rick and his staff at Sunrise Exteriors. Rick informed me of the schedule or anytime there was a schedule change. His staff was very prompt and professional. I always ask my tenants about any vendor that I hire for them and they all gave positive marks.

They offered to inspect my roof after many homes in our area had been damaged by a hailstorm earlier in the year. They found damage, and worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. They convered my homeowner's deductible so their was not out-of-pocket cost for me. Rick McIntire and his son were very good to work with and the whole thing was pretty hassle-free. Their was a minor issue with paint that peeled from one of our vents, but they returned and fixed it. The roof looks great, and I am satisfied. Two minor negatives that result in a "B" rather than "A". First, the crew that did the install did not have anyone who spoke english so when we wanted to speak to them or ask a question, they would only smile and nod. They were all very courteous, but could not really communicate with their customer. It would have been better to have a crew foreman or someone on the jobsite who spoke english. Second, the subcontractor that was supposed to recap one of our windows came out and took measurements, but never returned to do the work, but I was not convinced it was really needed so I did not call to complain. In fairness, I am sure that the Sunrise Exteriors would have made it good if I had notified them. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Rick and his entire team at Sunrise Exteriors did an amazing job on replacing our entire roof. One of our family friends referred us to Rick and we are so thankful and pleased with the professionalism Rick and his team portrayed. From the initial call, getting an estimate and seeing the final job that they did for us, it was a very smooth process. Rick and his team treated us like family and for this we would like to thank them for the excellent customer service and work that they did. I will refer all of our friends and family to Sunrise Exteriors!!!!!

Our roof was in awful shape to begin with. After replacing our neighbor's hail-damaged roof, Rick dropped by and looked at our roof. He thought ours had been damaged by hail as well, either related back to an older hail storm for reasons he explained or due to more recent hail damage that happened when we were not at home. I had the roof looked at by a large roofing company right after the older hail storm, but they said it was fine. Initially, I felt somewhat skeptical of Rick's opinion. There is an obvious financial incentive involved in an exchange like this. However, I got on board after looking at the roof myself and getting on Google to do some research. First, the reasons Rick articulated for how the current state of the roof could relate back to an older hail storm were the gist of a long thread on an insurance adjusters' online discussion board, re: how one adjuster could be accurate in finding no loss on a roof right after a hail storm, and a second adjuster could also be accurate in judging it to be a total loss approximately one year later. Second, a historical weather website confirmed a fairly serious hail storm a few months earlier in our area, while we were not at home. When I filed a claim with the insurance company, I just relayed the situation exactly as captured above. They took the claim with the later date. Rick showed up early to meet the adjusters, who were also early, and handled everything. The roof was very quickly deemed a total loss. Rick was very patient and helpful in helping us select an appropriate shingle type/color. He responded promptly and courteously to phone calls and emails, even providing PDF copies of the agreement and permit (as requested in connection with our home sale) long after the work was done. The tear off was done well, and the work looks great. My neighbors, my father (who has done some roofing), and real estate agents all think the roof looks well-installed and fantastic. Most importantly, I agree. Go with Rick! You won't regret it.

Overall, I was very pleased with their work. They dealt with my insurance company on the hail damage and took alot of stress off of me. The tear off was quick and they cleaned up the entire job site before they left that evening. The new material arrived as scheduled and the roofers went to work the next day. They did a beautiful job and my neighbors have commented many times on what a good looking roof we ended up with. We have several pitches and steep areas on the roof and were concerned about the cost of replacing it. But Sunrise Exteriors not only did a great job but they were reasonable too! They werent the cheapest bid we got but they werent the most expensive either. But they WERE very professional and we were delighted with the end results. Talk to Rick when you call. He is very knowledeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
