They leave final decisions up to their clients without adding any pressure. I've already recommended them to my friends and family.

 + 0 moreThe washer was not draining and backing up on the floor. They snake the drain and knew that they did not get it fixed. They went back to the truck and got a longer or more powerful piece of equipment and were successful. I like that they took the time to made sure the drain was truly clear before they left. There were two men. The lady on the phone is very knowledgeable. The problem was tree roots.

 + 0 moreA rental house toilet was not flushing properly. They came out and snaked the drain and suggested it was a soft clog because no tree roots were found. A few days later the renter called again saying that the toilet was not flushing again and the tub was backing up. Poor John's came out again. They charged me for the second call, checked the drain again and found no problem. What I like is, that rather than selling me something expensive or another service call, they educated the renter on what and how much can be flushed. If it does not flush properly they might need to make some adjustments on use. Since then, I have not been called about another clog issue. They assured me that they are working for me rather than the renter.

Description of Work: We ended up having 2 plumbing issues, cleaning out the kitchen drain and installing the battery backup to our sump pump. 2 people came out in the morning to address the sump pump issue and made arrangements for 2 other people to take care of our kitchen drain.
