IN FACT, WE APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH THAT WE GIVE EVERY NEW INSTALLATION WE DO, THEIR 1ST YEAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FREE. THIS WAS THE CASE FOR THIS INSTALLATION AS WELL. AS FAR AS THE $89.00 CHARGE GOES FOR A CLEAN AND CHECK FOR THE FURNACE, THE CUSTOMER IS ACCURATE. ANY REPUTABLE HEATING AND COOLING CONTRACTOR CHARGES THAT MUCH OR MORE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE CHECK TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION AND SAFETY TO IT’S CUSTOMERS. THERE ARE SOME COMPANIES THAT OFFER LOW BALL PRICES TO GET IN THE DOOR, THEN TRY AND UPSELL. WE ARE NOT ONE OF THEM.
