Eric put in the extender and reseated the toilet with new wax ring and cleaned up afterward. He was friendly, courteous, and went straight to work on the issue. The issue was resolved in short order and we are very happy with the work. We've used Midwest for our HVAC work in the past, and this is the first time we've used them for plumbing. I should have used them from the get-go.

All aspects of the project went great, from purchase to installation. They were able to install new system 48 hrs after purchase and installation was completed during one day, with work from 9-3. They cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping displaced mulch back into the bed around the new A/C unit. Two new PVC ducts to outside were added but don't interrupt space in furnace room at all. Overall, a wonderful transaction!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Also, quick to respond and on time to the appointment. The price included a system check in the fall too.

The service could have been better. About a month later, we ended up having some air conditioning issues. I do not know if it was anything they did or anything they could have found. I was not satisfied with them when they came out. So, I went back to the one I used for the entire house. They did not really do anything wrong. They were priced really well.

I usually accompany any service professionals around just so I can ask questions and learn a thing or two about whatever I have them here for. On this particular occasion I was unable to due other activities going on but when the technician arrived we explained to him that we were also experiencing some issues with our AC keeping the house cool and to let us know if he noticed anything that could be causing this during his service. The technician spent about 40 minutes total at the house and explained to us after he was done that everything looked good and clean and that the system was a little low on refrigerant and that he added some. A week later we called out another company because we were still experiencing cooling issues and when the technician took off the cover to the AC I was surprised to see how dirty it was when I just had Midwest out to perform a service tune-up the week prior. I'm not sure what the technician from Midwest did when he was here but it's pretty clear he did nothing with my AC.

Provider did an okay job of giving us an estimate. They saw that the HVAC system was original to the house and just replaced what we had, instead of actually trying to solve our problem (too hot upstairs). We had the system installed Nov. 2014. The overall installation went well. Heat worked great. They sent someone out in April 2015 to service our AC. When it started getting hot, we noticed that it was not cooling well and there was water dripping underneath. After several return visits, the A-Coil was frozen and we had a bad compressor. They had to order the part from Dallas, leaving us without AC for over a week! I will not use their services again.

Zach from Midwest came out the day I called and ask for an estimate for a new system. He was right on time and spent 2 hours at our house going over our options and all the details of the systems they offered. He helped us apply for financing and was just overall very professional. Midwest called us the next day to schedule the install and they were able to come out just 2 days later. They arrived right on time for the installation of the furnace and air conditioner. It took them most of the day to install and they tested everything and made sure to walk us through it all and ask if we had any questions. Midwest was helpful with all of our questions and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was fine. Overall, it was okay. They didn't seem to know that it was on Angie's List so we worked that out. It was just fine. They were okay.

They came out in the middle of winter. The first provider we used said I needed a new furnace. Midwest Heating & Cooling came out and had the issue fixed in 30 minutes and just charged me for a service call. I tell everyone I know about them.

We enjoyed working with Midwest. They did an excellent job helping us pick out and installed our new furnace and A/C unit. We would purchase from them again and use them for service in the future. We would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with this provider. I needed a part replaced, and he ordered it and installed it within a couple of days at no charge. Will use this provider again.

For the past 3 winters, my heat would quit working when it got super cold. I used my parent's HVAC guy the first two winters but he could never figure out the problem. He'd fiddle around with it and it would start working again and then he'd leave, never really diagnosing the problem. I searched Angie's list for an HVAC company that had Lennox experience and I found Midwest Heating & Cooling. And I'm so glad I did! They sent Kevin and he was great - efficient, professional, and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained them in a way I could understand. He knew what the problem was right away. Fortunately, the part was still covered under my Lennox warranty which ended up saving me $100. While Kevin was here, I mentioned that my dryer vent hose kept coming out of the wall. He took it upon himself to fix it - in 5 minutes - for free! I will definitely use Midwest Heating & Cooling again and recommend them to my friends and family.

All went fine but if I had known that I had to wait almost 3 months to get an appointment I would not use again. They need to have more time for these types of appointments

Tyler did an excellent job of evaluating the heat exchangers. Not only did he use the camera, but he also took the burners off so that he can see even more of that portion of the furnace. In addition to completing the maintenance on the furnace he also fixed my April air humidifier which was not working. I felt irate over being scammed by another business but please that I was able to find someone who was credible. I will be getting my annual maintenance done by Midwest.

Our original Lenox furnace / AC was installed by Midwest in 2006 and it has run flawlessly. This was a furnace tune-up to make sure there were no cracks / deterioration in critical areas. The service man came in the time slot identified and did the work quickly and provided a detailed report on the status of the unit.

They were on time, service technical was courteous and helpful, and the job was completely quickly.
