Description of Work: My condensate pump had clogged and shutdown my air conditioner. I called Midwest for service. Their technician showed up on time, cleaned the condensate pump getting my air condition back in running condition, he cleaned up after himself and he answered all of my questions before leaving. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working during the hottest part of the season, and of course, on a Sunday. Our normal service would not send anyone out, so we checked Angie's list and called these guys. They were courteous and prompt.

Description of Work: Purchased the check up Big Deal. Found that it was low on coolant (added--that is the $99) and the A-coil was defective. Tech said it would be ordered and they were about 2 weeks out on installation. I waited almost three weeks and did not hear from them, so called. The coil had not been ordered because, according to someone, they have no office manager and they all pretty much just do what they want. Ordering parts is one thing I guess no one likes to do. Ordered that day and installed less than a week later--Aug. 14. All was well until last night (8 Sept). Hot as blazes and the AC quit cooling. I called and left a message asking for a call back. They open at 7:30 and I had a call at 7:32. Because of the weather I figured it could be several days, but nope, by 10:00 it was up and running. till under warrantee, and since they had been here less than 30 days ago, no service call charge. Even though the two problems were unrelated. That is what I call A+ service!

Description of Work: Our central air was not cooling. Set an appt. for a Friday morning, but tech called two days earlier and said he was in the area. Took him 20 minutes to clean our outdoor unit an fill with freon. $210 later our house is cooling down regularly.
