Description of Work: I joined their service maintenance plan. Winter maintenance went well. Had an issue with the humidifier. (Covered under service). They came out and fixed the problem. Really like the servicemen. Cost for plan is very reasonable (less than some competitors). So far so good!!

Description of Work: Very professional service man who helped me understand the workings of my furnace. I contracted the service through a Special Furnace Tune-up Through Angie's List, of $79.00 I also had him do $48.00 additional work inspecting and cleaning my April Aire Humidifier. The serviceman was cordial and answered my questions about caring for the furnace. I was very pleased and will call them again when I need them.

Description of Work: AC unit had been vandalized and they replaced the unit. They were very helpful and professional as at first I had no idea what had happened to the unit. Description of Work: We had a 20 year old heating and cooling system, as well as humidifier and water heater - all of which needed replacing. Zach from Midwest was our salesman, but also had a background in installation, and was very helpful in explaining all of the details. They did a great job, filled out all of the rebate paperwork, and took care of the clean up - would definitely recommend.
