Description of Work: Replaced 2 Furnaces and 2 Air Conditioners. Our salesperson was great and we didn't feel pressured and they offered the financing we needed. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The installers did a great job and there was a lot of work to do. Couldn't be happier. We will be using them going forward for the maintenance on the new systems and any other issues such as plumbing that may arise.

Description of Work: It was okay, but my husband didn't like that he didnt really clean the a/c, but it did start raining hard, so I think that was why,so he came back later and cleaned it fully. Also scheduler said they were coming a week from day he showed up, but it was okay because I was here. Our first time in 27 yrs to have someone else do our annual a/c clean, my husband always has done it and is very thorough, but his age now is why we ask someone else to do it.

Description of Work: I called them at 8AM and was told the technician would call me back at 10am to see when he could acess the situation and make a call that I said I desperately needed that day. This call was made on WednesdayAugust 26. I am still waiting.... needless to say.

Midwest works very hard to take care of all of our customers, If a customer calls in requesting service we provide them with the earliest appointment time we have. We also have time for our service technicians and plumbers to return phone calls that may come in however those calls are returned when our technicians and plumbers have completed their scheduled calls or have a open opportunity to do so.
