Description of Work: I have used this company for repair of a burst water pipe in the garage. I was pleased with the service and the cost. I have also used this company to repair my furnace twice. Approximately four years ago they came out and looked at my furnace when I couldn't get it to run. There was a part on the furnace that had bent without any apparent reason. I appreciated that the technician gave me options. He unbent the part and got it to run , but couldn't guarantee how long it would continue to operate or he could replace the part. I chose to have him leave the part in. I went through three winters without a problem. This winter it happened again and I chose to replace the troublesome part on the furnace. In both instance I felt they were honest, and very cost conscientious on my behalf. I was pleased with the workmanship in all three cases and would use this company again. They are honest and upfront about their work, the time they can complete the work and the price. They don't make promises they can't keep and they don't try to sell you something you don't need or want.

Description of Work: We had a new furnace installed, everything went well.

Description of Work: We purchased the top of the line, new Trane heating and cooling system and had our home zoned. After being paid in full, we discovered that the installers were not trained on this new technology, and the system was improperly installed. 7 weeks have gone by, and we've had them back out to fix things 7 times. They sold us a product that they were not qualified to install. I have since made them call upon Trane representatives to review all their work and fix the current issues. We have another appointment next week. They have not offered any discount or compensation after all the hours we have wasted waiting for them to return and do guesswork. The only reason they are not given an F is because they keep coming back.
