Description of Work: Purchased Trane furnace and air conditioner. Price was very fair for the quality of products I needed/requested. There were a few tiny glitches with the installation...not exactly as estimator had indicated but they provided very adequate compensation. After 2 weeks, they seem to be working fine. Will know more in 5-10 years.

Description of Work: They came in and replaced 2 (ea.) HVAC systems. Using 2 crews they were able to complete the work and had the units running to our satisfaction in one day. |The installers explained what they were doing before proceeding, kept the area clean and used paper boots when they had to to install and set the thermostats.

Description of Work: My furnace wouldn't come on. Midwest took out and cleaned the burner assembly. Cleaned out bird's nest in flue. Assured me that there was about two years of service left in furnace before replacement was necessary. Previous vendor(day before) had given me a hard sell that my house was going to blow up but before that I was going to die in my sleep of CO2 poisoning. Called a salesman who magically appeared within minutes to feverishly give me all my options. They didn't take anything apart, only looked at it alarmingly. Midwest came out on Christmas eve. Fixed my immediate problem (no extra charge) and eased my mind for the holidays.
