Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, especially the customer service agent. She had me laughing hysterically by the time our call ended. The service tech was also pleasant and answered all of my questions.

Called ahead to give an ideal on how soon. Was very flexible on times to come out for the repair - didn't feel like you had to wait all day for the serviceman to come out. Very Professional and thorough. Would use their service again.

Our air conditioner quit on the last hot day of 2005. We decided to wait until this year to get it fixed. We called in late February, and a technician came out the same day, and replaced the capacitor and got it running again. He came out again as soon as the part was in stock and replaced the fan motor. The whole experience was pleasant and effective, and I am glad I did not wait until June to deal with this.

From the time Matt came out to my house to discuss my needs to the time that Rich and his crew were through with the installation, the company was well represented with up to five men that were all very nice, polite and efficient. They installed an outside unit for the heat pump, a/c coil, furnace, humidifier and programmable thermostat and hauled away the old system all in one day. I was very impressed with their workmanship.

I like when they come in the house they put on booties so they don't track dirt in. They're very clean, very professional, very efficient. They do a very thorough job. We signed onto their annual contract. They have been great. I really highly recommend them.

I ranked my overall performance based upon this company responsiveness to our call for service late one Saturday evening. I called other companies and either got an answering machine or offers to help on the next Monday. With the weather forecast scheduled to dip to -1, I couldn't wait and was prepared to pay whatever price for heat. Keep in mind this furnace was serviced three weeks prior and given a clean bill of health. When Chris repsonded he quickly found the problem and explained what was necessary to correct the problem from happening in the future. The price to repair the furnace of $115.00 was pennies compared to what two previous companies wanting to charge $1800 for a new unit. I rehab housing in my spare time and am very aware what a new furnace cost with installation fees. In conclusion, forgive the length but when you have a problem beware there are many dishonest desperate people out there seeking people to take advantage of. I Thank God for Midwest being honest.

The company representative, Bob Epps, was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the three estimators I talked with. After a month's experience with the new furnace, I'm certain that his advice on the size and type of equipment needed for our home was correct. The price was considerably lower than that of the other company that gave me a quote on the same installation. The installers were efficient and experienced technicians. I am very pleased overall.

NOT ONLY WERE THEY POLITE & HELPFUL BY ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY NEW FURNACE & THERMOSTAT, BUT ALSO IT ONLY TOOK THEM THREE & A HALF HOURS WITH NO DISRUPTION OF MY LIFE. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING & HAULED IT AWAY, TOO.

THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. THEY HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THE JOB STARTED, BUT ONCE BEGUN, THEY KNOCKED OUT THE JOB PRETTY QUICKLY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY PERFORMED VERY HIGH-QUALITY WORK, AND FINISHED IT ALL WITHIN ONE DAY. ONLY A THREE DAY TURNAROUND FROM ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL TO INSTALLATION.

THE SERVICE PERSON WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED MORE ABOUT MY UNIT THAN THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED IT. HE HAD TO STAND IN THE MUD IN THE DARK AND DIDN'T COMPLAIN A BIT.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP. THE INSTALLERS AND SERVICE PEOPLE SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT EFFORT WAS MADE TO PROVIDE SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY THE REQUEST WAS MADE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS BUSINESS LIKE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED. SERVICE CALL CHARGE WAS $69; THE REST WAS PARTS.

BOB EPPS WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. UNITS WERE INSTALLED AND THE NEXT DAY A FUSE HAD TO BE REPLACED.

BOB EPPS CAME TO OUR HOME AND, AFTER A THOROUGH INSPECTION, GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE ON REPLACEMENT THAT BEAT THE NEAREST COMPETITOR BY MORE THAN $1500. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE SYSTEM EARLIER THAN I EXPECTED. THE MEN WHO INSTALLED IT WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. OVERALL, THIS COMPANY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY.

I CALLED THEM TO COME OUT & CHECK HEATER, IT WAS MAKING A FUNNY NOISE. THEY ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATER. THEY TOOK SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR, SINCE IT WAS RAINING. POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, SEEMED HONEST & REASONABLY PRICED & VERY PUNCTUAL.

SEEMED TO DOUBT THAT I WANTED THE WORK TO BE DONE. SEEMED AS THOUGH HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED, HE SEEMED UNPROFESSIONAL.

THE ESTIMATOR CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO REVIEW MY A/C UNIT AND RECOMMEND A SOLUTION FOR BETTER COOLING OF MY SECOND FLOOR. HE SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR REVIEWING EVERYTHING, AND APPEARED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EAGER TO DO THE WORK. HE TOLD ME HE NEEDED A ''COUPLE OF DAYS'' TO THINK THROUGH THE BEST SOLUTION AND THAT AN ESTIMATE WOULD COME VIA FAX (I GAVE MY BUSINESS CARD, SO HE HAD MULTIPLE MEANS TO CONTACT ME). IT HAS NOW BEEN 9 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ONE WORD FROM HIM OR THE COMPANY. WHEN I CALL HIS CELL PHONE, HE SAYS HE'S ON VACATION FOR THE NEXT 10 DAYS. IN MY OPINION, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THANKS TO HIM, I'M NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE PROMPT. FAMILY-OWNED AND VERY POLITE. PRICED REASONABLY. SENIOR DISCOUNT.

I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. THEY WERE TIMELY AND REASONABLE.

ESTIMATOR WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. WORK DONE AS PLANNED. DISPOSED OF ALL DEBRIS AND OLD UNIT.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY OFFERED ME ADVICE AS WELL. THEY LEFT THE PLACE CLEAN ALSO.

THEY REPLACED MY A-COIL AND GOT ME BY WITHOUT TRYING TO SELL ME AN ENTIRE UNIT LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER JOB BIDDERS DID.

THE TECH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE HAD TO HAVE THEM RETURN FOR A SECOND REPAIR WITHIN ONE MONTH AND THEY DISCOUNTED THE SECOND REPAIR VISIT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM.
