The complete job was done in less than 2 hours.

Didn't take very long and gave explanation of what was checked.

Very badly. After two weeks and many phone calls I finally got the furnace repaired. It took four trips to my house 3 by Midwest and one by the company who services my furnace and air conditioner and diagnosed the problem. I was without heat in my house for 5 days. Midwest had to do the repair because the broken part was under warranty and Midwest had sold me the furnace and installed it. They charged me $198.00 for the first visit and $125.00 for the visit to install the part. The first technician didn't do anything but clean the sensor. The second technician was told what the problem was because it had already been diagnosed by the company who services the furnace. The third technician installed the part. In talking to the service department about all the delays I complained about the poor service and was hung up on. I had not used any bad language, just expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. The furnace is now running and putting out heat but it seems to be coming on every 5 or 10 minutes. If the furnace needs more service, even if it is under warranty, I will hire someone else.

Service was performed as requested.

There was a scheduling mix-up so the tech (Garry) was late showing up but otherwise everything went great. Garry was very polite, courteous and friendly. He was very good at communicating issues, potential issues and solutions as well as the steps he took servicing the unit and why. I was very pleased overall and would definitely hire them again.

The service technician came to our home two days after the appointment was made. He was punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable. He inspected and cleaned debris out of the air conditioning unit.

They offered the best manufacturer and with the best price over over other local companies quotes. Due to old system leaking freon, my system needed to have more freon and needed the new system installed ASAP due to expensive freon charge. They came the day of the 2017 Solar Eclipse and worked, even during a storm! Was able to upgrade to a wifi thermostat easily.

I have been using them for about 9 years and they do excellent work. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

It went fine. I've used them before.

They're absolutely the best. When they replaced the heaters in the basement, they discovered the previous ones were jerry-rigged and modified up to the point that they were not up to code. They brought it to our attention and took photographs and said here's the problem. Whoever put this in shouldn't have been done this way. They put it in and repaired all the issues and didn't charge any extra. They did a great job. They're actually pretty amazing.

Everything went well from selecting the appropriate system to having it installed. A few follow-up services were performed as promised to complete the set up.

I don't remember the cost because my husband paid for it but it wasn't bad.? You can give them all A's.

Perfect. Midwest came out that afternoon, tried to find parts to repair, but ended up replacing the motor at a reasonable price. Repairman was very professional and explained everything to me that he was doing.

They did what they were hired to do quickly and efficiently.

Bad new I need a new compressor and coil for my a/c

We use them every year. I haven’t used anybody else and I don’t have any way to compare to price, and I don’t know how to measure it. We had to have 2 people. The first guy that came out was just a young kid and he didn’t know very much. Then we had to wait 3 days to get somebody more experienced, who was excellent.

Half the time they put the unit in and installed it.

Excellent. They showed up on time, did the work they said they were going to do. Installer paid attention to detail and did a nice tidy install.

They are always professional and considerate of my time. When they don't have the parts they need, they are upfront and usually will not charge you for that time. If they parts are pricey they'll give you a quote first before doing the work. so you know what you're getting into.

I think it went ok; didn't find anything needing repair with our ancient unit.

We always get an annual service contract with them so they do a furnace check in the fall and an air conditioning check in the spring.

They're in our neighborhood and we've used them ever since we moved here for 23 years. They're the only company we've ever worked with and they've always done a good job for us. We wouldn't have used them for years if they did do a good.
