Description of Work: I have had 3 Gas Fireplace companies repair my fireplace. There is no one better, in my opinion, than Leisure World Pool and Hearth. The other 2 companies , in my opinion were NOT professional. They are professional, caring, clean everything before they leave, punctual and "just a great company with Great people!" I will never use anyone else.

Description of Work: They do not do what I needed done (fix a gas fireplace valve that is no longer flush with the floor.) Don't really know if they are good or bad since I never got that far; just a phone call.

Description of Work: I have not used Leisure World for any work, but have only purchased chemicals and pool parts from them. They have been very helpful with any questions I've had with regards to water treatment and mechanical repairs and usually have the part I need or a substitute. I would have no problem in hiring them for pool work if I could not do it myself.

Description of Work: Opened my pool to find that the liner appeared to be disconnecting from the pool structure. I contacted Leisure World Pool and Hearth via the email address provided, for their advice and help, but I never received a response.

Description of Work: THESE PEOPLE ARE MAGICAL. WE HAD A LEAK IN AN UNDERGROUND LINE THAT WE THOUGHT WOULD PREVENT US FROM USING OUR SWIMMING POOL THIS SUMMER. LEISURE WORLD REWORKED OUR SYSTEM SO THAT WE COULD USE THE POOL ALL SUMMER AND TACKLE THE MAJOR REPAIR IN THE OFF SEASON.
