I needed to have a 27 drop-in stove replaced. I wished to find a contractor to open up the counter space on our kitchen to accommodate a 30 freestanding stove, and to also change the hard-wiring to a plug-in, also to install the new stove as well. We needed to have the cupboard and stove hood above the stove secured and four kitchen drawers were sticking. I was fortunate to find Jarrard Solutions and gave them a call. Steve Jarrard cane out the next day and examined everything we needed done, gave as an explanation of what he would do and we were impressed with his pleasant manner and knowledge. We accepted the estimate he sent us in 24 hours and his wife called to schedule the appointment to do the work. They sent a text to let us know when he was on his way, and Steve came on time and promptly went to work. I was very pleased with my new stove, the work done on the upper cupboard and hood and he tested all the burners and oven to make sure everything worked properly. He then got to fixing our kitchen drawers that were sticking and even replaced latches on doors under our sink. He cleaned up all the sawdust and debris when he was finished and said to please call if if had any problems or questions with any of the repairs. I would certainly call him again for any future work we may need done and would recommend him without hesitation to any acquaintances who may need similar repairs and who are searching for a good contrator

On time arrival! Very polite and professional! Assessed the situation and got to work immediately. Job was completed in 35-40 minutes. It was such a relief to have gotten the work finished! We will definitely call Steve again!

Top quality work

I had Steven replace a pantry shelf, patch a drywall hole, and various small paint projects. He did a great job. His wife handles the scheduling and both are kind as can be.

I was notified each time Stephen was on his way and also the progress of the job. Very handy so I could run errands and not worry that I would miss him. Stephen worked at a steady pace and never rushed through. He cared about my satisfaction with his progress. I was very happy with the finished product and also it was very affordable.

They are a husband and wife team, and are so helpful. They were flexible and good about helping me get things done.

Jerrard Solutions arrived on time, he was efficient and provided exactly what we needed in a very professional manner. We had a large ceiling fan, and a bathroom exhaust fan replaced in one service call, and we are extremely pleased all around.

He does not prepare walls for painting which is what he was hired to do. No cloth to protect new flooring, did not fill nail holes, did not sand smooth, did not hang plastic at door to contain dust, did not clean up when done, etc.

He wont stop until the customer is satisfied
