Timely and professional

I have hired Steve multiple times over recent years for various jobs, from faucet replacement, toilet repair, electrical work to repair and replacement of boards on my deck. He has also power-washed the deck and repainted it. Recently he removed a weathered and worn ramp to my shed and rebuilt it with a more stable one. Steve always thinks through the requested work very carefully. He is very thorough and detail oriented, He is always there within the window of time given. Steve and Lonna both are very considerate of their clients and keep them well informed. No doubt, I will consider Steve for future work to be done.

Steve does a great job on any project. He has completed multiple items in my home and I will absolutely use him again whenever a project comes up. He gets things done quickly and efficiently and cleans up after himself. I have been very pleased and have him in my phone for all future projects.

I needed help putting together a kitchen rolling cart, replacing the blade on my lawn mower, and he recalked windows and a bathtub. Steven did quality work, was knowledgeable, and is reasonable price.

Mr. Jarrard works quickly and efficiently. He brings strong skills and knowledge to the jobs at hand. His many years of experience are clearly an advantage. He is also thoughtful in his approach to projects. He anticipates problems and works at solutions. He seems to be an expert in matching paints. Areas where he did wall repair appear to show no evidence of the repair work. Steven Jarrard is also very pleasant, courteous and generally very nice to work with. His wife plays an important role in the business, handling all scheduling and any conflicts. She gave ample notice by text and email of Mr. Jarrard's estimated arrival times and time to be devoted to the jobs at hand. I can strongly recommend Mr. Jarrard for handyman projects and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Steve recently completed a project for me, repairing my deck, power washing and painting. He did great work. I was always informed when he was going to be there, and when he was finished for the day. He and his wife were excellent to deal with. Could not have asked for any better. Will hire him again and recommend to others.

Outstanding handyman! Steve has now done 3 sets of projects for me: replace/repair shingles on my shed/garage, rebuild a pass-through wall with screening between the shed and garage, re-seal countertop to wall, replace faucets in the kitchen, replace shower head, and replace ceiling tiles in basement storage room. Absolutely outstanding work, very reasonable and accurate bids, and a quiet worker. One of the great things about the bidding process is a button to push "approve" when sent by e-mail. I will continue to use him for every kind of project he can do.
